The Westin Tampa Bay

Love the area of location and would stay again anytime. The entire area is beautiful as is the staff of the Hotel. They were very friendly as always.

I did not like that there are no refrigerator in the room. Even though there is a restaurant, I still like to have cold water or anything to drink in my room.

The room was clean and checking out the staff was pleasant. I would still recommend this hotel. Enjoyed Starbucks being on the property.

When we checked in the woman that checked us in was unattentive as we walked up to the desk. Her eyes were on the computer and she said her greeting. I asked her what was so interesting on the screen in a joking manner but I was not pleased. Sorry I'm in hospitality so those things mean a lot to me Then when we got to our room a man knocked on the door and we didn't answer and he proceeded to open the door. I shouted "what are you doing" he apologized and closed the door.

Liked the location. Vacationing travelers going between Tampa Bay, St. Pete and Clearwater. Bar staff were wonderful. Nice outdoor spaces on the water.

We were on the top floor. We accepted the option to have our room tidied up daily but that only happened 3times during our stay and only because one housekeeper did our room that wasn’t on her list. Would like to see a different lunch menu with more soup, salads and sandwiches. Dinner menu got old in a hurry. Some outdoor chairs are ragged and need to be replaced as does the center TV in bar area.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. It was clean, the staff was excellent. They had covered parking and a nice restaurant they even had bicycles you could use. The bicycles could be updated, but they were still available. If I had any issues with the room they fixed it within five minutes. The only negative was I could hear the causeway noise a little bit, but it wasn’t horrible. I highly recommend this hotel it was a great restful experience

Luxurious stay with beautiful views. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site and great outside dining option overlooking a small beach access. Also had a Starbucks in the hotel.

Our stay was super pleasant. Really can't think of any negatives that impacted our stay. Everything was lovely.

I loved that Shelly was able to turn a potentially bad experience into a great experience. We booked online & meant to book the harbor island Westin location for or Wedding Anniversary since we had stayed there for our Honeymoon only to go all the way there & find out we were actually booked at your location by mistake. When we got here we were visibility upset & the front desk staff immediately started to see if there was any way she could make us more comfortable. She did a awesome job, even gave us a complimentary $10 to the bar Aqua & from now on we will stay at this location instead! Our nightmare turned into a fairly tale experience

Didnt have to leave hotel, theres Starbucks on site, great restaurant, beach on location with jet ski and boat rentals on location at great prices. Had a great time.

we were in a room with a connecting door and the couple next door were incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning! didn’t sleep well at all which was unfortunate as the bed was very comfortable

I had booked a room with a king size bed thru a 3 rd party booking app. when I got to the hotel they gave me a double bed room the bed was not comfortable as I am use to a king size bad and I had to pay more for that room then what I was with a king size bed . They stated that they don’t guarantee what bed you booked them thru a 3 rd party !

Love Westin properties. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly 😁. Friendly staff, great place to stay.

I didn’t know the area so I was disappointed with the water access. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so had to go to another floor to get ice daily.
