I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the smooth and efficient check-in process. Despite arriving well before the standard check-in time, our room was ready and waiting for us. Thanks to the accommodating staff, we were able to complete an early check-in at a very reasonable price. Although the building itself appears outdated, the rooms are surprisingly comfortable. This early check-in allowed us to rest and freshen up after a long journey, giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy the rest of our day. I particularly enjoyed staying on the 17th floor with a pool view. The mattresses were extremely cozy, providing for a great night's sleep, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. What really stood out to me was the hotel's prime location. It is situated in close proximity to several dining options, including a few restaurants and food trucks. Additionally, the TECO Line Streetcar's stop is conveniently located just a five-minute walk away from the hotel. This stop allows for easy access to travel between Downtown and the Ybor City district, making it the perfect hub for those looking to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the area.

Rooms were too expensive, but as we booked last minute it kind of makes sense.

We were satisfied with the hotel and the location despite all the fact that there were too many taxes, and the valet is also quite costly since we were paying guests. Nonetheless, it is definitely a hotel I would recommend.

It was not clean, I had to wash the crystal glasses on the sink and still end up buying some plastics. The bathroom could be more clean. And the $25 credit that you have to use on the hotel restaurant or Starbucks

Easy access to downtown. Beautiful hotel.

Hot tub jets didn't work. Rooftop pool is nice, but no direct sunlight because of surrounding buildings. (This was at around 5pm) I'm not a big fan of mandatory valet. City view was a view of a building across the street (not a skyline view)

Frankly the breakfast buffet was disappointing you charge $20 for cereal bread and basic breakfast but if you want to eat from the whole buffet you have to pay $30 or $40 . Was disappointing. I stay at the Hyatt very often and they have free breakfast !!! Can’t beat it.

This is a great location, went for an event at The Arena and was able to take the free trolley. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Chris checked in and was great. The 211 bar and restaurant in the lobby had great wings and drinks.

The housekeeper took my wife towel by mistake and I asked the receptionist about it and he asked the housekeeper supervisor about it since December 27 until now no response.

The check in staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The valet was very sarcastic and dismissive and did not explain the process completely. When I came back to him and asked questions he was sarcastic and dismissive. I had a more pleasant experience with the valet when I checked out.

We were well taken care of. Jalen at the front desk is absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make our honeymoon wonderful.

The hot tub was not working. I understand that isn't your fault, but that's the only negative I have.
