This is the best designed mid-price hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Offers a great breakfast, nicely designed public spaces, and a good pool.

They put a dog in the room next to me — barked while the owners were out. They need to get the dogs away fr non-dog guests.

The hotel was easy to locate, booking in was a breeze, the room was very clean the coffee machine was a plus we got a good rest the bed was very comfortable. the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and attended to us promptly. There were multiple choices at the breakfast buffet table .the food was on point we enjoyed our anniversary we would visit again. I must say the manager he texted us constantly to check on us to see if everything was OK 👍I like that .I forgot his name that was very sweet of him.

There was nothing to dislike

Salt swimming pool was enjoyable, nicely sized, and heated. Terrific layout on first floor with good common areas and dining space.

Pillows in the room (315) were awful, the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel w absolutely no support. They simply collapsed flat, and the room should offer at least one firm or semi-firm pillow. Was first assigned room 209 and was awakened by banging fr conference area setup; they did move me on my request. Cable TV offerings were quite limited. ATM should be hauled off to the dump; I didn't trust it (off-off-brand) and person-after-person declined the transaction from confusing navigation and the $5 fee.

I would stay in certain rooms -- the ones on the corner of the building that have 3-panel windows and provide a lovely view. The location is great.

There's no recessed lighting or lighting at all in the center of the rooms. There's no fan-system accompanying a ventilation system. so I think there should be a either a very small window or a fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great. I truly enjoyed the on staff buffet and the front clerk assistance with coffee. However; we did not realize that the breakfast was a fee. The front desk staff did not advise us it was a fee or that we had to provide a ticket. The ticket was in our packet, so we did not have to pay. I wished the desk clerk would have advised us to present the ticket prior to breakfast.

I liked the location and the set up of the property. It was very close to the mall. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming.

There was not much of anything to complain about. The room (where the beds were) didn’t have an overhead light or a very bright lamp, so at night it wasn’t very easy to see in that area.

The location is perfect, and the parking was super easy. When checking in, it was fast, easy, and very relaxing, lol.

Well the room was a perfect size but there was hair all over the beds and the bathroom floor and sink which was a little weird cause I was told the room was ready and clean but finding hair on the bed and bathroom and it's not yours it's nasty.

close to dining options and mall across street. close to baseball fields. The king suite was large and spacious.

no adjoining room as requested. oh laundry room was tiny and you were only allowed to use the app. Could not use credit card app machine. Did not have a sign stating this. The pool closed way too early on a Friday night. The workout gym was set up weird. Hard to get in a good work out with machines in the way. The room needs some reconfiguring.

The room was nice. Good service staff, always there, and I appreciate always checking up to see if I need anythingmore in a good time manner at that.

What I did not like was that it's took a good minute for the water to heat up and that our t.v was not working properly. Always next, time explain to guest when charge someone extra for those little hidden fees.

I liked the property location and the covered parking garage (though it is $5 a day to park). The room itself was very nice. Nice view, nice beds, nice bathroom.

Had trouble getting the safe to work, ended up not being able to use it as the only guy who knew how to fix it wasn’t available until later in the day. A little pricey given this hotel’s very standard nature.
