As soon as we pulled it the staff opened my door and helped us with out luggage. They were very nice and helpful. We went to the lobby to check in and out room was not ready. The manager got on her radio and ask us if we could wait 20 minutes. We told her yes. Very nice lady. We explored the hotel a bit. It was very nice and well maintained. We even got to meet the owner. He was a very nice man. Our room was very big. It was very nice and clean. The bed was nice an comfy, the pillows too. The couch was pretty comfy as well. The Corner Suite was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

There really was not anything that I didn’t like. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable.

Location, newness and cleanliness. Spaciousness of suite. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelette were excellent.

Manager’s reception. Drinks were fine but the snacks were pitiful! We got down to the reception shortly after it started, and all that was left was a half a bowl of pretzels! I have been to many Embassy Suites before and you actually could make a meal out of the snacks. Not this time! The sofa in the living area of the room is a cheap sofa and not comfortable. Also, when four people are staying there in the room, you do need more than 2 cups! We called down to the front desk and they were brought up promptly.

The hotel was amazing! The lobby was beautiful and the room clean and spacious. The beds are so very comfortable too. We loved the hot breakfast each morning. The waffles were great as well as the bacon and eggs. Another thing we loved was the area around the hotel. There was plenty of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. We absolutely will stay here again when in Atlanta.

The only thing we disliked was having to pay extra for parking.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist. The property was very clean.

I didn’t like that the sink would not drain water well. Water would back up in the sink and it would take quite a while for it to drain out. I never could get the TV in the living room to work. I called the front desk and was told that someone was coming up to assist and they never came.

The hotel was very modern and sleek. We loved the fact that the room had a separate living room and bedroom for a GREAT price. The customer service from everyone was AMAZING, even if we already had been helped.

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom shower looks like it was cleaned thoroughly enough like someone previously had thrown up or something in the shower and it was left there sitting/built up.

Location was great. Loved the whole Halcyon area with restaurants & shopping

Safe in room was broken. Parking garage was right next to the hotel and was very convenient but didn’t like that you had to pay $17 per day to park. The hotel should have a deal with the garage since it’s municipal to get free parking since there is no other parking at hotel.

The location was amazing, the lobby was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, and I loved how the room had everything I needed for my short stay. The hotel overall was clean and very modern looking.

Ran out of a few things in the morning at breakfast, and some things seem slightly unorganized at the front and at breakfast. other than that I loved it.

The breakfast was delicious. As I looked over my detailed receipt there are charges I have no idea what it’s for. The charge is miscellaneous $3.50 plus a $50 charge that should have been credited off. Please update on these charges.

Those miscellaneous charges should be taken care of before check-out.

Nice, clean hotel, and good location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Overpriced, no dresser for clothes, or shower shelves for loofah/sponges, parking fee.

The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely kind. I received a drink voucher that I was able to use during dinner. My stay was extremely pleasant. Will be back soon!
