Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport

The breakfast was great and I love that that it’s free along with the 5:30 kickbacks that they have which is free dinner as well with 3 FREE alcoholic drinks

I didn’t expect my room to be so small.

Both shuttle van drivers were very personable. Van arrived timely. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety of offerings. We enjoyed our stay, so made a booking for our return to the area, a week later.

The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from airport, free dinner and cocktails ( up to three), free breakfast - all included in my one charge. The staff was lovely. The Wi-Fi free. Hotel allowed me to print my boarding pass. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Great value!

The hotel was great. The staff was super nice and helpful when we got there. We arrived about 220 in the morning, and they were welcoming. Location was great bc it was so close to the airport. They were also helpful in allowing us a late checkout bc we were super tired from the flight and the fact that we didn't get to sleep until about 3am.

I didn't like the fact that we were on a time frame. Our plane was late and didn't get in until about 130 am. The hotel said the latest they could check in was 230am, so we rushed to get our bags and our car so that we'd have a place to lay our heads before getting back on the road. That is more of an upper management decision that should be reconsidered. We couldn't help that our plane arrived later than it should've.

Easy to park and fly with shuttle service to airport. Clean and quiet

On both of my stays, the pool area was totally taken over by huge groups who brought in a boom box for loud music and had food brought in to eat. Both times these groups of 20-40 people made it impossible for anyone else to use the pool for a peaceful swim. Don't know if anything can be done to control large crowds, but it was disappointing for me to not be able to use the pool area. I'm glad all the children had fun but limiting the party situation to allow other guests their turn would be nice. This happened on both my departure from Atlanta stay and 8 days later on my return stay. It must be common.

Well maintained and clean even though it shows it’s age. All of the staff obviously want everything to be pristine. I’ve been in supposedly nicer hotels that weren’t maintained and it made them feel gross. This hotel shows how nice an old hotel can feel if it’s maintained well.

The bed and pillows weren’t all that comfortable. The wifi wasn’t that fast (6 Mb/s). Hotel Wi-Fi should be able to get 30 Mb/s in this day and age.

The happy hour drinks n happy hour food was plentiful. The happy hour food was wholesome like eating a full course meal. The breakfast was great .. home potatoes, sausage, waffle, cereal, plenty of juices, fruits, muffins, bagels, eggs, gravy, biscuits, etc. Great breakfast. Location minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from various restaurants.

Housekeeping does not respect guests sleeping in the morning. 8am in the morning, Housekeeping banged on my door like the police asked me if I need towels. I was floored. I said NO. An hour later another housekeeper banged on my door and asked me the same question. I said No. Now I am pissed I could not go back to sleep.

Customer service was impeccable from our arrival to our departure. Both receptionists were very helpfully, but it didn’t stop there. The child traveling with me left their Nintendo Switch on the airport shuttle. I was able to call the from desk Shamar answered and was able to get in contact with John, the driver at 4am, who circled back around with the new guest and brought the device to the airport. This team is tight and move like an efficient unit! The child enjoyed the stay without stepping foot in the pool!

The room’s carpet and some decor seemed a bit dated. It was clean nonetheless and the sheets were fresh. No concerns.

I really liked the staff everyone was extremely friendly. The food was great especially since it's included in your stay. As close to the airport as we were we did not hear a single plane take off or land even though we had an airport and road facing 6th floor room. There's also a nice restaurant right next door that you can get a discount on.

Housekeeping was lacking a little. We used all the coffee in our room the first day and never got more. They only made up one of our beds everyday leaving the other untouched. I called for an extra blanket and sheet and it took them 2 days to get it to us after going down to the front desk.

Happy Hour was wonderful. Ms. Sheila was very catering and so kind. Excellent service.

Breakfast could have been better. We do not eat pork and there were no other alternative options. Grits were so thick I don’t think anyone really ate them. I would like to suggest a rotating breakfast like the happy hour menu. Have the option of maybe having some sort of seasoned rice instead of the fried potatoes sometimes, and turkey sausage. Other than some improvements to the breakfast menu, everything was great.
