Location, amenities were great.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. We received conflicting information from staff in the morning and evening about the start of shuttle service in the morning. One said 4a while other said 4:30a. We came down at 4:00a and were asked to wait in the lobby for the shuttle and were informed that the driver will come-in to get the guests. The shuttle came in at 4:05 but no one came in and just left. The next one came in but had no space for luggage. Our flight was at 6:00 and we ended up getting an uber.

Loved the staff, airport shuttle to get to the Marta, breakfast was great, good restaurants close by, race trac was convenient.

Little bit of black mould in the bathroom - fan wasn’t working in there so makes sense lol. Researched the neighbourhood and the crime stats were slightly frightening because I’m from a small town in Canada lol. But was there Taylor Swift weekend so lots of swifties around so felt ok. Did get honked at by a number of men in vehicles while walking down the sidewalk in daylight so we just didn’t walk at night and it was fine.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient! The breakfast ladies each morning was so kind to us and did everything to make sure that our experience was pleasant. They were very friendly as well. The hospitality crew was amazing. Whatever we needed they supplied. Passing in hallways as we are on our way, they were always so kind. Awesome staff. Front desk was no different as well. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

Pricing, but we see there were upgrading that was being done so we understand.

My room met my expectations. The breakfast selection was very good. The servers in the breakfast area went the extra mile to ensure that we felt special and the that the breakfast area was very clean and inviting. On check-out DANIEL was very pleasant ,professional and helpful. She was the epitome of what I would expect of an employee of The Hyatt company. Unfortunately, my check-in was just the opposite and I don't remember the agent's name.

the room was comfortable clean and as expected. the breakfast had a few more options that i thought it would. free parking a bonus as well, as the south branch charges $12 for parking

The property overcharged me I booked on booking.com and my total was 417.25 but when I got to the property there was no reservation in my name and I showed them the confirmation. I was tired had to been flying for 3 1/2 hours. The lady was nice though. At checkout my invoice said $743.44 that is ridiculous for three nights.😩

We stayed in the 6th floor at the high room and it was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was soo comfy and soft. Room was not too small and not too big. Food was within walking distance and door dash was available. Airport was 12 minutes away and the hotel provides shuttle service. Overall, great location!

I didn't like that the shuttle didn't stop at the international airport side. We found out about 30 minutes later that there is a connector bus that goes from the domestic side to the International side free of cost but we had 7 bags of luggage and it was a little difficult to go from bus to bus to bus to catch the shuttle.

great variety for breakfast- the ladies at check in were so accommodating and a warm welcome since the airline has lost my luggage and the flight was delayed. So a huge thank you to the ladies who made it smooth and easy and warming checking into the hotel. Can’t thank you enough .

nothing to dislike when you have great staff the other things didn’t matter !

We arrived about 3 PM to drop luggage before returning our rental car and took the shuttle from ATL (shuttle was to run every 30 minutes, but it was running longer) back to the hotel. No on-site food available and our flight out the next morning was to early for breakfast hours. The room was clean and available when we first arrived with luggage. The morning shuttle was great.

Nothing...it was fine for a very short one night stay.

The worker Cashay(?) was amazing! She answered every question I had and had so much patience with me. Everyone was amazing to me and my kids the entire stay no matter what it came to. This is the only place we’ll stay every time we come to Atlanta! Great place
