Your front desk staff was great. Especially Marlen. He went out of his way to take care of us. Great friendly, fun attitude and he checked on us frequently. Hotel was clean and comfortable

The shuttle personnel on Sunday morning was not very friendly and acted “put out” and did not offer to help with anyone’s bags and only dropped off at one terminal. I’m not sure if he was your employee… particularly after all the great experience I had with the rest of the staff

Great location with airport shuttle. Good continental breakfast. Close to restaurants.

Booked King size bed room well ahead of the date of arrival. At check in the desk clerk placed us in a two double bed room without any discussion. When we went back to the desk she said the hotel was completely booked and didn’t have any available King rooms. Additionally, she stated that the room booked was not a guarantee. Frustrated with her lack of communication at check in and notice of room select not guaranteed. Difference in cost not offered.

The room was fabulous. I booked the King Suite. It had plenty of space, it was clean, the bathroom is fabulous, came with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in bottles more than enough. The hotel in all was clean and had a good smell. I will definitely stay here again. There are restaurants in walking distance. The pool was nice, but small. Check in is at 3pm and check out 12pm which is unusual. The hotel staff was polite. Sonia did a good job checking up in. She was working alone and extremely busy, but she remain polite, cool, and respectful, and nice under pressure. She treated each guest with care and did not rush. Even before I booked the hotel I went to visit and the front desk gentlemen ( I think his name was Johnathan) was polite and make sure he answered all of our questions. This hotel was totally awesome.

This is a smaller hotel, which was really nice for a quiet stay the night before an early flight out of ATL. Our room was very comfortable, the front desk staff was nice, and the gym had more variety and equipment than I expected! Breakfast was ready earlier than the posted time, which was nice for us since we had to leave. Location was also great -- we didn't even have to get on the interstate to get to the airport!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, up to date, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I only stayed 1 night but everything met my expectations. My room was large with a little living room. Both the living room and bedroom had TV's. There was a sink, fridge and microwave. I had absolutely everything I needed to be comfortable.

The only thing I that could really use improvement is the water pressure in the shower. It is a little weak. But the shower was hot and the bathroom was clean and a nice size.

The free breakfast was wonderful not just continental- homemade waffles, eggs, and sausage. Quiet. Free printing in the business section of the lobby.

Housekeeping did not check the room. Someone had left a pair of used boxer underwear near one of the tables. Someone from the front desk came right away but we received no apology or anything complementary.

I had the king suite. Loved it. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of towels in room. Room clean. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The parking! The hotel parking is bad the later you come in. You basically out of luck. The security guy was nice and let me park by the pool and said he would let his supervisor know. They definitely need to get that figured out.
