The room was spacious and overall comfortable. Very clean and the staff was very quick and helpful. The airport is very close by and the shuttle worked as promised. There was also warm breakfast and just coming in from Europe, I was excited to have some biscuits and gravy.

There was no carpet in the rooms. The WiFi was terrible. I haven't experienced such bad WiFi anywhere in a long time. If you do not have an American SIM, data can be extremely expensive in the US, so there has to be good WiFi. Like what is the deal, why would a hotel in 2023 not have proper WiFi. They still have not updated these rooms with energy efficiency measures. Shuttle only goes once an hour.

I like that it was very close to airport. The property was very updated in decor and furniture. The room smell fresh and clean when I check in.

My daughter was followed by a gentleman in the hotel and the front desk did not if he stayed there or not. Front desk seen him following her on camera to where she got in her vehicle. Room service will not service your room daily. We had to ask for service and towels daily. Then housekeeping does not wear gloves when cleaning any rooms. They have security there but we still didn’t feel comfortable staying here.

The location is very good, with shuttle to the airport and a a Marta bus stop nearby that allowed me to reach the city centre in 15-20 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean, staff friendly and the breakfast is nice.

They have a problem with alarm clocks in the rooms. They don’t seem to deactivate alarms from previous guests, which sound non-stop at random hours. I had to call reception at 3:30 am because an alarm near my room woke me up and was driving me crazy. Then others followed at different times in the early morning.

Great welcome and very friendly even though it was late at night! The room was very large and stylish. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. Excellent breakfast too, again with lovely staff. Good to stay here and the receptionists were kind.

There was a free shuttle bus but this only goes from the domestic terminal and there was a long queue to get a bus there from the international terminal. It would have been much easier if it went directly from both terminals, especially late at night with lots of luggage!

The room was spacious, comfortable and well-arranged. The staff was helpful, and the hotel layout was convenient. In a way, it's a shame that my schedule didn't allow me to spend more time at the motel.

The only drawbacks were extremely minor: A couple of lights and two or three individual electrical outlets next to the bed didn't work, and the pancake machine in the delicious breakfast buffet was a little temperamental.

Even though their airport shuttle was out of service, a taxi was provided to get us to the airport. Unfortunately, we had to use the shuttle from another hotel to get us to this hotel from the airport. It was cold and the front desk for this hotel did not answer the phone so we could request the shuttle substitute.

We had to leave at 5 AM before breakfast was served. No "grab and go bag" or other breakfast substitute was provided. We left hungry.

Clean and quiet - also close to airport with easy drop-off / pick-up options. Also, late night food options are nearby.

We only stayed one night because of a flight delay. Housekeeping knocked on our door well before the normal checkout time while the "do not disturb" sign was hanging on the door. We got the vibe that we were being rushed out despite checking in after 1AM and acquiring a late checkout. Staff were friendly, but this was off-putting.

Staff was wonderful. When they said they would do something (provide more coffee, bring up baby beds, etc), it was done quickly. Clean rooms, laundry facilities and breakfast,over and above what we expected. They even kept a coffee mug we left behind in the lobby by accident for pickup a week later. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly.

Nothing to complain about.

Front desk lady super nice despite overwhelming amount of people checking in at once. Close to Domestic side of the airport. Great shuttle driver.

Broken elevators, only 1 out of 3 were working. Unreliable shuttle, as it's every hour...maybe ... And it would only drop us off at domestic side, while we needed to be at the international. Once upon a time, shuttles would take you either side.

Room was massive. Like a suite. Quite unnecessary for an overnight stay. The shuttle from airport (once I had figured out where to get it from) was very useful and pleasant drivers.

The corridors and general decor were tired, but everything was clean, and for an airport hotel it was fine. I was using for an overnight stay between flights.
