Place seemed brand new. Large room with some amenities that might come in handy when staying a bit longer. The breakfast buffet was good, although the place where you’d have to sit down and eat it was a bit poor. Easy access and a shuttle to the domestic terminal.

Only a shuttle to the domestic terminal. This is mentioned by the hotel if you search really good on their websites, but not very clear. I inquired with the hotel about where the shuttle would run from, but they never replied to messages through the booking.com portal. Would be great if there is the option to let the hotel know you’d be in international terminal and they can make an extra stop there to pick you up if they are not too busy. In the room some sockets didn’t seem to work. Had to move around coffee machine until I found a socket that did work. Also the quality of accessories attached in the bathroom seemed a bit poor as they were hanging loose.

Finally proper cutlery, no plastic cups and cutlery. Friendly cook offering freshly baked eggs/omlett. Rooms are spacious and have separate sitting/dining area with a small kitchen - that is good if one wants to work or watch TV and one person is sleeping.

The aircon is blowing directly at the bed - it would be good if the direction could be adjusted. $ 20 for parking is excessive and not justified.One thing which I am missing in most places is a proper coffee machine making Cappuccino etc. Its not complicated - these machines do it for you - and makes a hugh difference for people who like proper coffee.

The property was very nice and clean. The location was amazing because they have some amazing places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were very nice. They actually exceeded my expectations. The indoor pool was cold but it was nice. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. We encountered two that weren’t so pleasant. The two things I didn’t like was that when I booked on booking.com I wasn’t aware you had to pay for parking per car, and I wasn’t aware there would be a $50 deposit on top of the cost of the room. Its refunded when you check out, after 3-5 business days, but it was just unexpected. It would just be nice to know those things prior to booking so you know what to expect but I feel the parking should be free. Shoutout to the guy at the front that allowed me to park for free. Overall my experience was great.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Ms. Cathy at the front desk provided exceptional service. We traveled from out of town to my cousin's wedding. The wedding was to start at 4 & wr arrived at 2:30. The hotel accomodated us & allowed us to check in a little early to get ready in time. The entire facility was SPOTLESS - from the rooms to the hallways to the Brickstone restraunt downstairs. The water pressure & temp in the shower was perfect. Also the lobby is beautiful. 10/10 for the overall stay. We will definitely be back.

Housekeeping came in our room @ 9 am and we were still in bed, but she exited as soon as we called out alerting her to our presence.

Brand new Hotel. Breakfast was so good and complimentary with stay and it's top notch Bacon, Eggs omelet station, waffles, breads, grits and biscuits n gravy. Also With are stay we had a complimentary drink each at the bar. Bar and Restaurant are open 5-11 each day so if you want food after 11 there are a couple places open close or they have a little store with sandwiches chips and salads. Little pricey but good. The hotel staff was amazing and very nice. If I'm at another concert soon I'll be here for sure.

Charging $20 to park at a hotel that I paid to stay is a bit costly. It should be expected that each guest will arrive in a car and they have to have somewhere to park. And besides having to pay to park, I was told where to park. I didn’t like that concept. The pillows was not comfortable. I had to sleep on 2 pillows. The mattresses need to be changed. It was so lumpy

I loved how nice the staff was with our group of 15! Jeff was who checked us in and his positive attitude was amazing! Jeff if you see this, your awesome! I also had called before we checked in with several questions and the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. We also got free breakfast. The breakfast was better than expected! I will definitely be coming back!!

The pool was okay, I wish it were more heated but room temperature wasn’t to bad!

We were met with the most pleasant staff we’d encountered in a long time. The hotel was extremely organized and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was quite welcoming.

We have no complaints only a few suggestions. Suggestion 1. Adjust the entry door to room 323. It’s hard to close. Suggestion 2. Adjust the shower door it wants to remain open. Again no complaints, just suggestions.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast best buffet is substantial.

We have stayed at mini Embassy suites. Often the managers special evening reception which includes two free drinks per person and some form of “light snacks “is enough to count for dinner if you have a big lunch. This managers buffet was very minimal. Dining room alternative was only marginal.

Front desk staff are always nice and courteous. The breakfast staff are not as friendly. The lady seem to want to push us out the way to clean the table and my daughter was harass about her kids being at the waffle maker with her at our previous visit. Twice something was said, what did they want her to do, leave them alone.
