Hampton Inn & Suites-Atlanta Airport North-I-85

We left before breakfast was served due to an early flight.

The bill was more than the booking price. But the lady on duty changed it without any push back.

Thank you for the meat and fruit 🍑 Coffee ☕ was always available. The concessions were always full of good selections. The food on the breakfast menu was fresh.😋

Everything was great 👍🏾I would recommend this location for your business and personal stay in Atlanta, especially if you have a flight to or from the airport.

This property was in the perfect location for us, close to the airport and with good restaurants in nearby Hapeville. It also offered an airport shuttle and free parking. It's a newer hotel, and although it's right next to a freeway, our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice; the bed was comfortable and all in all, we had a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend and return here in future.

Check-in was very efficient and quick. The workers are nice. I like the suite option. The livingroom separated from the sleeping area and bathroom was amazing. The bathroom is huge with a full length mirror. The suite is very well lit. I liked eating breakfast and watching tv in the livingroom. I liked the fridge. The bed was comfortable. I like that I can see rental parked car from the window in the bedroom. Parking is free so you just come and go as you please. Breakfast is really nice. I had an omelet, yogurt, fruits and I even made my own waffle using the waffle maker. I had apple juice and water but there are other options. It was quiet. McDonald's and other food shops are walking distance. The gas station is really close like 2 blocks. The airport is literally 6 mins away and was the reason I chose this airport. There are other hotels all around this hotel as well.

I could not turn the vent off in the livingroom. The curtain is automated but the remote stopped working in the bedroom. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working but the 4th floor machine worked.

The staff was efficient and friendly. I thought I had forgotten my phone charger and the young lady at the front desk said I could borrow hers. Also the young lady that runs the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and she made sure everyone put on gloves and wore their masks. She had made fresh coffee and she made sure I was aware in case I wanted a cup! I inquired about the shuttle pick up and another young lady at the front desk called the shuttle driver and he was there in 5 minutes.

Their was a huge stain on the shower floor that looked like it could be a rust stain and the room needs more light.

The suite provided excellent size and comfort for my trip. However, I was extremely pleased with the complimentary breakfast especially after almost 2 years traveling and receiving cold bag or no breakfasts due to COVID from other hotels. The highlight was Darla who was the Food Manager, and proved to be the true epitome of Southern hospitality and consciousness of guest safety which was a great start to my very busy and long day. Because of her, this will be my hotel destination when staying in Atlanta the price and location was just a bonus.

For this stay there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Clean and comfotable

Staff walked in my room with out knocking while I was having sex, Who does that? It was absolutely in appropriate. What are the consequences for someone walking in on a quest that is naked and having sex? My quest was totally embarrassed and so was I.

Everything. Beautiful room with mini fridge and safe. We upgraded to one of the rooms you see in the pictures with the balcony and chairs. Bed so very comfortable. TV with some English channels. Beautiful grounds next to beautiful grounds. Pleasant outdoor areas to sit. Spectacular breakfast. Need I say more?

Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast OK, not great.

Facility is well used and needs some upgrades. WiFi is terrible. There is no business center or place to print boarding passes. Very strange for an airport hotel. Toiletries were not in room, Front desk supplied them. Parking lot was full, with no overflow options other than on the street with no security. Only one access in and out of parking lot, traffic jam with cars trying to negotiate narrow entrance.

Great location, very clean, great parking and I felt very safe. Great coffee the staff was very pleasant my room was excellent. 👍🏾clean and quiet

Bkft was not up to my liking everything but the coffee was old and cold. Breakfast really was Not good but the coffee was great actually amazing and I know my coffee.
