very convenient location for us as we were in transit from Europe. The staff was very helpful especially the young lady in the breakfast area, think her name was Tanshia, helpful and had a very infectious smile. room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle driver was also very accommodating. overall a great stay

Only thing was the ice machine on our floor was out of order but found another one on a lower floor.

Everything was very nice. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The fridge seemed only cool enough for drinks and not for food. I had to put the little bit of food I brought in my cooler bag, cool that with ice, and then fit the cooler bag in the fridge to keep it cold enough. My ice packs completely thawed overnight. (For comparison, we stayed at the Buckhead Hilton Garden Inn back in March, and the fridge was quite cold. My ice packs were refrozen in the morning after being on the top shelf of the little fridge there overnight.)

Loved the evening staff. They were so nice. The lady that ran the bar was so helpful and nice and they really did a great job interacting with my kids. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I'd stay there again.

The rooms were nice but some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls and the roller for the blackout shades were broken. You could pull the shade down but not put it back up.

Wasn't happy at all when I booked I checked the box for free breakfast but they wouldn't honor it it's not about the money it said free breakfast but it didn't happen I also ask when checking in if we got free breakfast and they said yes at the counter

We had to ask for a different room than the original one we were given due to a very strong odor in our room. The inn was very helpful in assigning us another room promptly!

The hotel shuttle was horrible, waited an hour and half never showed up!!! I called and still no one ever showed up!!! I had to do something different to get to the hotel, thank God He was looking out for me!!!

The room was amazing...except for my sink. It did not work properly

The parking area looked a little sketchy. Also I don’t like parking places where signs say basically park at your own risk. Also I was not informed prior to booking that there was a $14 fee to park in the sketchy parking lot. Also I called the Front Desk about my sink and she put me on hold and then hung up on me

The young lady working the front desk with the locs was exceptional. Upon checking in she helped me locate everything in the hotel and informed me of the hotels facilities. She was very polite and pleasant.

The lobby was nice. The room was as expected. The staff were AWESOME. My kids and I could not get a flight out of ATL and had to stay an extra night so we went to this hotel. Joshua picked us up with the airport shuttle and he was so kind and refreshing and just lifted our spirits. Since we were unexpectedly stranded he took us out to a local place for dinner that was wonderful and picked us up. The front desk staff were delightful and helpful. It made what was not a great day so much better.

Staff was friendly especially the general manager and a lady that was cleaning the grounds. Pool was clean.lysole wipes provided. Tampons and pads in Lobby and pool bathrooms. K cup ☕ in room and nice decor. Overall nice stay and we will be bk
