Staff, breakfast, and Concierge was quite professional.

The amount, and/or crowd of hotel guests that are staying in this caliber of hotel. ALMOST. every single guest we passed by in the hall way, or, interacted with had large amounts of marijuana residue smell in the hallways, elevator, and parking garages. it was HORRIBLE smelling this every day! Other than this, the Staff and premises was exceptionally clean and superb service. Please manage or send a message to corporate that their luxurious hotel is being trashed by folks who have horrid hygiene and behavior of smoking marijuana. Somehow, corporate needs to vet their guests so that Hyatt doesn’t get these guests MIXED with guests who aren’t familiar with the locals. The locals are destroying this facility.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom huge! Loved the shower w/o tub. I prefer stand alone showers so this one was perfect! Clean and nice temperature and water pressure. The pool was nice as well. It was an excellent stay.

I would have liked access to room service or other options. I wanted milk or cream for evening coffee and there was none on the property. Restaurant is only open weekends and Barrel bar did not have any plus just a limited menu. Next time, I will plan to bring groceries but I definitely would stay there again. Maybe on weekends to try Villa Christina restaurant.

Lobby looked amazing better than the overall room I was sort of fooled by the looks. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Room Cleanliness 7/10. The automatic bathroom lights a plus. Location was great not too far from everything. In a quiet area. Nice sized shower. Would consider to stay again not a bad stay.

Wish they had microwaves in the rooms had to reheat takeout by taken to another floor. I didn’t like the fact that when it was raining the tv in our room didn’t work. I also brought my own personal white towels and when I got back housekeeping had took them all even though I kept them separate. Carpet and bottom box string was stained. Both lamps in the room very dusty. $14 for parking per night personally not a fan.

It was lovely. Great location great customer service, the staff was so nice. Parking was comfortable and affordable. If your lucky you might be the guest of the day like we were. We got upgraded to a high level floor and received a few coupons. They also had a crib for our infant which was very helpful. It was very accessible for anyone with a stroller or anyone with a wheelchair.

The breakfast buffet was only open on the weekend. During the week we would order from a smaller option breakfast menu at the starbucks cafe. The pool could have had a few more umbrellas in order to sit in the shade.

This property was really clean the ambience was great! The front desk staff was good anything we needed we were able to get except one issue we had getting towels from housekeeping but we just went to the front desk and it was taken care of! Breakfast was not your average continental breakfast the choices were good. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable! Now I will say the room can use more lighting at night it was really dim. Oh and when I checked in I didn’t know that they would hold $50 a night for incidentals which it was released once I Che led out but they should have that listed somewhere because I didn’t read that part! Overall I plan on staying here again if I’m ever in ATL again!

The parking should be cheaper per day/night I really think we shouldn’t have to pay for parking especially for the price your paying to stay there.

The facility was very clean, comfortable and very good location.

I didnt like that the toliet in room 735 looks outdated and scratches in it, not good to the eyes and no valet!! I also didnt like the discrimination I was shown at breakfast a waitress allowed a Caucasian male and his daughter to take pastries to their room in a takeout box, but as soon as my family wanted to take some to the room we were told we couldn't and she had a nasty attitude about it! That really upset me so I brought this to the manager attention and she handled this issue. But, the thing that most repulsive is in 2022 we are still facing this issue!!! I will never stay at that facility again!

The room was large and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable that I have experienced in a hotel. It was soft comfortable. We checked in late so the parking in the garage was a little difficult but that was to be expected at that time of night. The bar area was a nice place to chill and relax with family. The courtyard is very nice too! The Hyatt Christina Villa is my kind of place. When we return to Atlanta we'll stay there and will recommend our family do the same when they visit. The location is perfect. I love the Perimeter area.

The only thing that was a disappointment was the pool not being ready on a hot June Saturday.

This hotel is the most beautiful & cleanest hotel we've stayed at in a long time. It smells like a luxurious spa when you walk in and the staff treated us so well. The rooms are huge, we stayed in a king suite and it had 2 bathrooms and a separate room for refrigerator, sink, bar area. The robes were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and you could tell our room had fresh linens. We were welcomed every time we came back from an outing. I would highly recommend this hotel. It also has an adjoining parking deck attached to the hotel as well as a Starbucks and a restaurant. This hotel has everything you want when you stay at a hotel. We actually relaxed amongst the chaos of family vacations lol! Knowing the amenities this hotel has, makes fighting the traffic in Atlanta worth it in the future.

Excellent stay! Staff was always ready to help and super friendly! Comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, and a quiet place in an area that feels tucked away! Also The Barrel Room has an excellent burger and drink menu when you are just a bit too tired to head out. Third time staying at this property and will be back for future ATL trips.

Air conditioner could have been a bit colder, but after discussing the issue with the front desk the temperature did seem to improve. Rooms could use a third lamp for a little extra light in the evenings.
