Water pressure, bathroom fixtures pulling away from the wall, towels very small and thin

The hotel was located in the center of all the sights and things we wanted to see and do. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It stormed pretty bad the one night and the parking lot leading to this hotels parking was flooded pretty bad.

The value was great. The stay was quiet, staff was friendly and the pool was open. The room was adequate and clean. The location couldn’t be better, just right off of I-20 at the western border of the city and state.

The TV worked but had white dots all over the screen. That was a bit annoying and the back of the remote control was missing. I didn’t get the WI-FI code at checkin but didn’t ask for it either. The room smell funny and was damp from the A/C but the room was cold. Also I hoped they had a workout room or gym there.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are all super nice and helpful with any questions you may have. The price is amazing for what you get, compared to Florida which you'd find yourself in a super sketchy area/motel for much more what I paid here. Pool, laundry on site, breakfast, plenty of well lit parking with cameras... the bed was extremely cozy as well. I would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. They definitely deserve these good reviews. 10/10!

I had to call about my refrigerator because someone had unplugged it also the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed on each end we had to try to hold the ends so it would stay closed! Floor was getting wet

The location was very good. It was clean and quiet. There were a couple of things that needed fixing after I checked in and they were taken care of quickly. The continental breakfast was actually pretty well stocked so that you could make a good breakfast: waffles, toast, coffee, orange juice, cereal, milk, oatmeal, yogurt, sausage biscuits, apples and tangerines. The price was extremely reasonable. I would stay here again.

The first night the heating unit was very noisy and never cycled but as soon as I asked about it the next morning, it was replaced immediately.

Room was just needed for an overnight en route to Atlanta. Anna at check-in and her husband later were very courteous. I had just driven through a section of torrential thunderstorm and was happy to arrive at property. Storm had knocked out their wi-fi and cable, but Anna was diligently on phone to get that corrected which she did soon after my arrival. It's a little dated, but pleasant, quiet and clean. My room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Had fridge for cool bag items, a microwave, and coffee maker for a.m. I did not go to breakfast. A good value.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations from previous places. They had instant grits and two-packs of sausage biscuits. I added hot water to the grits, microwaved the sausages, and had a hot meal! That's way better than packaged pastry and coffee.

I had a single queen bed in my room. There was plenty of floor space for a loveseat and/or an armchair in the room. A comfortable seating option would add value to the stay.

This was a one night stop over on the way to Florida! I picked this hotel for the cheap rate and expected very little, what we got was a small but impeccable room! The whole hotel was clean and modern, the room couldn’t have been better! The staff were all very friendly! The shower was super powerful! Fantastic
