The staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and personal. The room was absolutely perfect; I wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely plan on returning!

The rooms are listed as sound proof, but I could hear the ice machine in the hall and elevator -- my room was diagonally from the machines. However the bed and bedding was so comfortable, I slept through the night with no problems, just those first few minutes. Outside of that, I have no real complaints about the facility. It's probably the best hotel I have stayed, so far.

right off I20. room was spacious. nice sized fridge and microwave in room. staff was super friendly. in room coffee but also at breakfast. we didn’t eat but grabbed coffee and a muffin to go. well lit parking lot

our room was above the entrance. people checking in late had a very noisy truck and car doors opening and closing. would maybe not stay in room 203. the bed sheets kept popping off the mattress….slightly annoying. not many take away food options at the exit.

I love everything about the hotel especially the kitchen The large refrigerator lots of cabinets but my downfall was that it didn't have a convection stove. Which would have been very very appreciated.The Food was very good even though we are in Covid-19. No complaints about the service of food And the hospitality was great.

I didn't like that the kitchen didn't supply you with a Small countertop Confection stove. Also the lower floor was very noisy Used to stand up higher but the elevator was broken All the Days we stayed there. Had no Access To the ice machine , we Don't climb stairs because of our age and disability limitations.

Nice, clean, well-furnished room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate with egg omelette, waffle, cereal, and coffee. Perfect location for us. Fairly quiet.

The room had a very musty smell and windows didn’t open. A train went by and blew its whistle every morning about 3am - I never heard it because we kept the AC/fan on all night for white noise, but my husband did. He also heard a dog barking one morning early in a neighboring room. I missed having fresh fruit or yogurt at breakfast. I also would have liked the USB plug ins most models have. Internet was weak and I had to enter the insecure WiFi paper every time I logged in to my phone.

I thought because of Civid-19, things were a bit out of its normal parameters, and that was alright with me. I rather they take precautions like they always have with the focus on the wellbeing of its patronage. The quiet was really up to my expectations, and this is why I always make this hotel my first and only choice when I travel to Augusta.

I thought they handle and are handling things the best that can be expected with all the madness there is to deal with.

The front desk receptionist were awesome and the house keeping ladies were very helpful and curtious.

One of the cooks took exception to me getting to breakfast around 840am...and did not want to bring out fresh eggs.

The room was spacious and very nice. Clean and had all that we needed and was very comfortable.

Pillows could be a little fuller and fluffier and in the kitchen unit, there wasn't anything. Maybe some paper products like paper towels, plates and at least plastic silverware so if people brought food in they would be able to find what they need to enjoy it.

The rooms was very clean and up to comfort stay. Most of the staff was very nice and generous I didn't much of housekeeping as I would have liked but everything else was lovely

I was told to get a discount on the site and I was still charged the original price and when I advised the clerk she stated nothing she could do she doesn't deal with booking site.

The facility, friendliness and knowledge of desk clerks phenomenal

That breakfast was atrocious. Half done biscuits, cooked coffee, no meat. Had to go to Wendy's. A good continental breakfast would have been better.

Our room was neat and clean and very comfy

I think the breakfast could've been better. I would've liked to see some meats (sausage or bacon) or some more options besides plain biscuits and gravy and eggs, such as yogurt. Breakfast was lackluster overall.
