Comfort Inn & Suites

Room was clean with a nice mini fridge, microwave, and and K-Cup machine. The continental breakfast was good, more options than I would have thought and it was kept stock well during the appropriate hours. The hotel also has bottled water at the front desk for guests which was nice, but I didn’t know until we were checking out.

It was difficult to exit the property as it by a busy highway. We also arrived after check in time (check in is at 3:00 pm and we were there at 3:15), but when we went up to the room, they were just finishing cleaning it so we had to wait a couple minutes for them to finish. Not a big deal, but if the room wasn’t ready, we should have been told.

This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable stays that I've had for work travel in a long time. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the breakfast was great, too.

Everything was great here. It was a few dollars more than it should have been for the city and location, but the comfort and cleanliness were still great.

Proximity to everything. The breakfast bar was good. The staff was cordial and helpful. Comfortable lobby to meet family before outings.

The bathrooms are in need of new trim and steam cleaning around edges. Surfaces clean, but deep dirt in bathroom. Buildup of crud along edges.

Very clean, attractive and convenient.

The walls seem very thin so that you can easily hear neighbors conversations, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were the size of postage stamps and the coffee maker in the room did not work. The noise of the traffic is terrible due to the busy area where the property is located.

We had a problem with our GPS and the staff gave us great driving directions by phone. The next morning we were able to leave our luggage at the main desk while doing errands and pick it up in the early afternoon with no trouble at all. Very friendly staff!

The entire staff, and I mean everyone, are exceptionally friendly and accommodating! Would like to give a shout out to Hope at the front desk! By far, she provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Hands down. Just a super pleasant experience. And the free breakfast, well honestly it’s the best I’ve ever had at even a four star hotel. It’s just good and plenty.

Breakfast was great! Everyone friendly. Room was small but clean.

Shower didn’t have much of hot water like the sink had. Didn’t care for the sink bowl as we are short and had to tip toe to wash hands or face. Room seemed small too and not a pleasant view. Was over looking part of the roof of building. Neighbors next to us woke us up talking loud and children on other side crying. But room was cleaned.

I thought that the facilities were very good. They were clean and comfortable. There is some ongoing work - no problem. I generally did not find the staff cordial or "warm" with the exception of the morning when I checked out and the maintenance man also in the morning.. I think that of all the the times I came in or went out there was only someone at the desk one time. The work out room had one piece of equipment that was not working, no was the TV. Many motels have an office arrangement (computer, printer, etc. - I did not see one. I did not see a book that let me know what restaurants are close by, etc. The breakfast was not as advertised - we went to Cracker Barrell.

easy to get to right off the freeway so the sign for the street is blocked. If you use maps it’ll tell you when to turn. It’s right behind Cracker Barrel.

The breakfast was really good! Scrambled eggs! Was a great surprise! The food choices were awesome! Both healthy and regular !! The nice lady serving our breakfast gave great hospitality! Thank you for all of the great manners and kindness!

Everything was nice, you could tell the bathrooms need new tile..but it was clean!! No complaints here!
