I love your property I have family here and this is my go to place whenever I am in town. we were there for a funeral and arrived late I called and the staff was so polite and helpful and waited for my arrival. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

there are no dislikes about your property this is simply a maintenance request we stayed in room 223 and because it was right off the stairs which was nice for me but the door need’s repairing it does not close properly/completely therefore making it possible to hear noises from the outside and made me whisper knowing I could be heard. just some minor adjustment but overall everything was superb.

We traveled for business for almost a two week stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family! Kim and Bri, the reception desk staff, always greeted us with a smile and bent over backwards to make sure that all of our needs were met. Best hotel experience ever! The facilities were exceptional and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and in order and fully stocked! We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town!!!!

The breakfast was really good. We had sausage, omelets, home fries and the best orange juice ever! I was very satisfied with our stay here! We had ordered from a local restaurant the night before and they forgot to add utensils. The front desk was very helpful in giving us two sets of plastic utensils so that we eat. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was quiet and cool.

I can't think of a thing. We only stayed one night and it was very nice.

Check in was quick and easy. The concierge was very friendly. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The indoor pool was relaxing and clean. The breakfast was delicious was a good variety.

While I like a firm mattress, I thought the bed was too firm. My husband thought it was comfortable, so it was simply my personal preference.

We absolutely enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. One of the strongest impressions is the staff. Kim at the front desk has impeccable customer service. She was friendly, open, and went out of her way to make sure we had anything we needed. The housekeeping staff actually smiled, said hello and was super friendly. We travel alot and usually stay at Hampton, but this hotel treated us better then the higher end hotels. You know when a staff is being treated well. Kudos to the Owner of this establishment. Loved it!!

Breakfast- wish you had hard boiled eggs!

The ladies at the desk were so friendly and made our stay even better. This was a working trip so we weren’t there much but I used to work in the hotel business and appreciate when things work well. The A/C was great, the water pressure was pretty good and we had amenities like fridge that all worked great. I liked the cookies.

Very disappointed that there was not a better breakfast. Wanted at least some oatmeal or something.

Throughout our stay thr staf was so accommodating. We needed to extend our stay twice and they made it happen even though they were extremely full. Very pleased to stay here while we awaited our furniture to arrive from a cross country move

The Air conditioner, Fan motor needs replacing in Rm 311 ( made loud noise) The breakfast was not up to par, compared to other hotels other then those two issues, nothing else to add

Desk Attendant Kim was very helpful and friendly

Need to move smoking section from hotel entrance. Do not like having to go through a cigarette smoke cloud entering or leaving the hotel. Cigarette butts on the ground and in overflowing receptacles does not add to a positive first impression.
