We asked for a quiet room, since we were there for four nights. Then room was on the top floor, on the end, away from the elevator. That was great. But one night they gave rooms close to us to a bunch of young boys, probably sports teams in town for a tournament. The kids were very obnoxious and loud until about 2:00 pm, slamming doors, running up and down the halls, bouncing balls on the walls and doors. Why assign this group to the ‘quiet’ floor? There were plenty of rooms on other floors. Hampton is known for great breakfasts. We understand why the food is served differently, due to Covid. But its a drastic reduction and you should reduce the rate to reflect that.

Hampton Inn is always a pleasure to stay at! The staff is always so friendly and helpful!
The only thing that was an issue was that the AC unit wasn’t working right in room 514 but the front desk guy was very helpful and gave us another room to stay in. The rest of the night went just fine after that!

We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of coffee at any time you wanted it. The staff should get a GOLD Start for their wonderful and so friendly service and help! The air didn't work correctly was was fixed in a matter of 10 minutes!! :)

Everything was great! Clean,comfortable, professional friendly staff! Breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from. Fresh and hot food was hot. Felt safe and location very convenient to places we wanted to go. Actually extended our stay an extra day.

Older property. Bathroom was in need of attention. Not bad, but noticeable. Toilet very low. My husband is tall… had to be awkward for him. We joked about it :-)

The man who worked the front desk was the friendliest guy I've ever had to interact with. I wish I could remember his name. The room was newly renovated and could not have been any nicer. We will stay there again in the future.

of course I miss the hot breakfast Hampton used to offer but understand. I hope you go back to hot fresh breakfasts when this pandemic is over. The filter in my room heater probably needs to be changed. Sometimes when the heat came on you could an slight odor akin to that of a teenage boy's closet but not offensive.
