The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Offered us extra blankets since it was going to be way below freezing. The rooms were up to date and very nice.

I was kind of upset that they weren't serving breakfast, seeing as that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I wasn't impressed with the lack of ice machines and I was really annoyed with the cleaning staff the morning of check out they were standing outside my room door tapping her foot while we were trying to pack the car. It was 30 min before check out.

The Place was an amazing stay-It was outlet first time to Visit Helen,Ga-We went to float the river and just check it out for future Adventures.We regularly visit Various Destinations all over the country.This particular visit was To See what the buzz was all about,and let me tell ya,The hotel,the town it’s self did not disappoint.The pool was closed due to renovations,but being optimistic that really didn’t bother Her n I too much,we came for the river(helps we got the hot tub in our room).We highly recommend visiting Helen Georgia,any chance you can,bring the family,Because All ages will find something to do -I simply asked on the special request option that the AC be on,After a day on the river I want my room nice and cool after being in the southern Summer sun for a day- and they Did just that— So if you and your spouse or The Family ever need a mini stay-cation,That is less than a tank of gas,we highly recommend giving Helen Georgia,Days Inn Wyndham is the most bang for you hard earned dollar.Go check’em out,find out for yourselves!!!!

Everything was On point,One exception….The Traffic was horrible- Bring your side by side or Golf cart- You’ll thank me when ya do!!!

The property was located near where I was looking to travel, just a mile or so from Helen, GA. The king size bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard so it didn't hurt my back. It was actually a quiet location and the noise level at night was good so I was able to sleep. One of the staff walked the property late at night as I returned from downtown and asked if there was anything I needed which was nice. All the staff was very nice and friendly and that always goes a long way.

Too be honest, the property is old and is in need of a good cleaning. A pressure cleaner on the outside walkways and walls would go a long way. When I arrived, the cleaning lady was behind with my room and another guest but I was informed that a large group had left that day and they were behind. She was very nice and had it finished while I waited. The amenities are adequate and fine for a one night stay. I have stayed in much worse over the years so this experience was not bad at all.

Location was great, staff very accommodating, breakfast bar was good. Staff is in the process of remodeling, expect some disorder.

Satin bed covers are a bad idea, sheets wind up in the floor in the middle of the night! Couple gnat's (Fruit fly's) in the room; it's the mountains - what you going to do?

I thought it was decent and clean. Recently remodeled but when I went to take a shower there was 2 dirty wash clothes hanging over the shower curtain.

Good location, cleanliness, very friendly staff all very good, the bathroom is very good I recommend it 100%

there's nothing we won't like

The hotel only has breakfast on weekends. No rooms are cleaned unless you request it, which we were never told. They were very nice staff and gave me coffee for my room. Our family room had a leak. Our refrigerator was also leaking. Was told the owner doesn't do repairs to the hotel. They should have rules for foreigners who buy property here, that the property and kept up to code. Having leaks in floor could mean mold or even black mold in future if not already. Same with our room.

The staff was very sweet very nice the room is really clean nothing looked really nice.

Of course the hotel is going under renovations and I took that into account but that is very accommodating considering,

They are renovating the hotel. So some construction materials and workers present, but our room was newly renovated and super clean. I would book there again.

Staff was great very helpful especially Brian he needs a raise.

There was a handful of bugs and bed was a bit outdated as well as shower curtain but staff helped a lot to make sure we felt comfortable.
