Most of all the woman at the front desk truly made my nye happen. I initially booked through priceline and upon arrival realized the room wasn't near the location I was hoping for. Considering I was traveling by myself, the lady (I wish I could remember her name) made an adjustment to my accommodations placing me facing the river and freeing up the extra bed for a larger number or trailers. I was beyond thrilled when I looked out the window and saw the Chattahoochee river flowing by.

I liked the spa tub in the room. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that I could walk to all the places I waned to go to.

The internet was spotty but that is not anyones fault, I was supposed to have a room looking over the river which is why I booked this hotel but when I get there, that is not what I got and there was no other room to trade with. But, it was still worth it.

The room is really basic but if your going to Helen, your only using the room for sleep anyway your not staying in the room the entire time unless your sick. The reason for the location we picked was to not have to drive through the town. The room has a fireplace a bathroom with shower and two beds.

The only thing better is a new coat of paint on the walls but really it’s nothing. Older place will always look like it needs a remodel. We didn’t stay here to stay in the room the entire time.

Staff are great people, large sized room, and definitely got money's worth. Being able to have the back door in the room to the area with tables and grills right off the river was awesome. The hotel is a little older so the room slightly smelled of cigarettes still but so much effort is being made to fix everything and the owners are so nice that it honestly didn't affect us at all.

The management was wonderful and helpful. The motel is being remodeled so we did not have a mirror. They found an old one and brought it for our use. The bed was very comfortable except the pillows could be fluffier. We managed.

The bathroom tub needs the drain replaced and an exhaust fan should be installed. The towels could be bigger. The bathroom floor needs to be cleaner as well as the dust on top of the hairdryer.

They really helped me out. When we arrived they noticed I was walking with a cane and the room they gave us first was up a lot of steps so they switched our room to a lower level one. It was very appreciative. Helped so much.

My husband was not a fan of the breakfast selection!!!

Close proximity to everything! The river was just outside my door- the Hafbrau Restaurant was on property as well.Free parking,within walking distance and WiFi was not slow,Hafbrau Riverfront did not disappoint!!!

Everything was just as advertised-Perfect for a weekend getaway!!

We loved being right in the river and the access to walk down to it. Area seemed safe and was quiet at night. The staff, especially Ms Stephanie and one of the maintenance men, were very lovely!

The bathrooms are dated so they look like they’re not clean.

Stayed here quite a few times, they are constantly upgrading the room. The beds are super comfortable.

The service from booking.com. Showed us a room we are very familiar with but was not the room we were using.

Host was very nice and courteous, room on the river was clean and as expected for the cost of this room I’m happy with our stay. Close to shops in town and just steps from the Chattahoochee river with grills and picnic tables. Great area for kids to play.
