Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kingsland, GA

Your staff at this inn is warm and positive. I noticed that they engaged with every guest. Brittany kindly loaned me her own personal charging "block" to charge my cell phone, since my own charging cord was not accepted by your charging station. Also, around 2:30 AM, when I was having major breathing/asthma problems, your night desk attendant was helpful as he called an ambulance to your local hospital, in spite of interference by a strange guest who tried to take over the situation. I felt comfortable having your agent/attendant, under all that confusion, go up to my room to retrieve my wallet for me as I was in physical distress, so that I could leave with the ambulance. I believe that he is trustworthy.

The bed in 208 may need to be replaced. The mattress is strangely lumpy. You may want check this out.

This is the usual hotel we stay at when we drive to Orlando. It is in a nice location with gas stations, fast food and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was the usual yogurt, waffles (it was the same brand that Disney uses I was told by a friend) plain bagels, muffins, omelettes and sausage. The room was clean but the bathroom could use some touching up. We did not hear any inside or outside noises and got a good night's rest. Enough plugs and USB jacks for c-paps and charging electronic devices. Some rooms have 2 king size beds in them

The orange juice did not taste anywhere near the taste of orange juice.. The family at the table next to us were complaining about it also. Unfortunately in the rush to leave I did not get a chance to let someone know.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room that I stayed in and that other people weren't noisy. I felt safe and secure. The staff were polite and respectful.

Although the staff were polite and respectful, there was a language barrier. The cleaning staff couldn't understand me and vice versa. The trash never got taken out despite my efforts.

The staff was wonderful, it was clean. Great location lots of places to eat. Breakfast in the morning. It's 15 min to ST Mary's. There's a back Rd to eatery off main road. This place has elevator so it doesn't matter which floor you have. I smoke cigarettes they have a love for people to go and it's nice, not off some where. The rooms where big and clean, Bath room was clean. And it's right off of interstate 95

I'm not sure if they have a pool. They don't have a lot of charging outlets, or electric plugs.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable - pretty firm mattresses which I like. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

From our room facing the road we could hear some noise from traffic and people walking by talking in the evening. We kept the fan running during the night and it wasn't too bad then.

We stayed here driving north for a move. The location is perfect, right off the highway and with tons of restaurants and gas stations near by. The hotel is great, what you’d expect for the price. We were comfortable and slept well. Okay breakfast and we let our daughter swim in the pool before we left. It’s a little run down but fairly clean.

The facilities are a bit old and run down but not terrible. What you would expect for the price.

Breakfast was very good! All of our family with us staying in other rooms agreed as well. Beds are comfortable. The pets nearby were NEVER an issue.

Flooring needs updated greatly. Not a fan of the vinyl flooring in my room but it is a pet friendly hotel (which I did not realize until arrival) so I understand that need. The hallway carpet is worn. But the place is clean and comfortable which is all I really needed.

Staff were nice and helpful

No complaints, the indoor pool I expected to be heated or rather temperature controlled, if cold outside warm pool but it was cool outside and pool was cold

The Inn was up to the normal standards of Country Inn and Suites.

The Inn did not have cookies or coffee in the lobby. Really no one can make coffee? On the weekend no breakfast until 7:00 am. Hello do you think your guests sleep in on the weekend? No we want to get to where we are going. An Inn on route 95 is not a resort. Get with the program.

Almost everything was great.

Very minor issues-only one bar of soap in the bathroom that was small and crumbled apart and no plastic glasses for drinking water. Also not enough plugs in convenient places for electronics.
