Front desk service was stellar - very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean - thank you Connie. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.

Exterior signage is terrible - missed the hotel twice! Sign is too low and too far from the road. We found every other hotel but this one where we had our reservation. Bait and switch with price of the room. When we went to book, price jumped $25.00 more than the originally advertised one. Carpeting in the halls and in the room needs to go - looks swept but dirty. Lots of new laminates or engineered hardwoods would give a cleaner appearance.

The rooms and food was great. Customer service was excellent and the location was in a perfect area. It was next to a gas station and all the restaurants and shopping center was right there perfect place for pets

The only thing I didn't like was the booking of my room. I called the motel to make sure I booked my room correctly and she told me yes I had two rooms. But when I checked out they told me I booked three rooms and they charged me 105.00 for a room I never used and refused to give me my money back. So that spoiled my trip. To loose that much money during a hurricane just made my life worse.

Excellent location, close to interstate & fast food. The cleanliness was great. The nacho’s, cheese & jalapeños was a great unexpected idea. Much kudo’s. The main lobby was stocked full of many amenities & snacks. Very well done. I’m letting everyone know what a great deal Microtels are!

Signed out front, finding where to turn but it was not that bad. It could probably be improved. Construction nearby may have been a reason.

Room was very clean…bed was very comfortable…breakfast was good coffee was just the way I like it. Staff was super especially Michelle she was very kind. Would recommend and probably stop there the next time we are traveling to Florida

The only thing we didn’t like was most of the restaurants were on the other side of the very busy road…the traffic lights were a bit of a distance and because we had been in the car for so long we didn’t want to get back in the car.

Dani made my stay so pleasant. She went out of her way to help me. I had requested a quiet room but couldn't accommodate having nobody in a room above me. Couldn't change the reservation as I had used Booking for the first time. I saw her again at breakfast and she really cares about the guests. I met people who ONLY stay there because of Dani. Breakfast was very good. Nachos and lemonade on arrival were a nice surprise.

The room had a stuffy mildew like smell upon first entry. Thankfully, I had air freshener and once sprayed it was no longer an issue. Also, phones did not work and the staff was aware, this is dangerous for emergency reasons 😳.

Comfy bed, nice linens, clean rooms, Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not being familiar with the area, however, should have guessed that being near a Naval Base, that it would be a very busy area. Saying that, the young men that we encountered at the hotel and at restaurants treated us with courtesy and respect! Also, that because it was a busy area, there were many restaurants to choose from. Easy access to Interstate. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the motel as GPS was misguiding us, but we made it. Great stop over on our way to Florida.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptional friendly and courteous. Felt like e I was at home and safe. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. The shower water was very warm.

Nothing for me because I enjoyed everything. All of the restaurants was very close and the stores were close by as well.It was the best stay I had at any hotel and my family enjoyed it so we will definitely be back

The was recently refurbished, the front desk and service personnel were were courteous and efficient. The breakfast (included) was ample and and consisted of a large variety of selections.

It is located behind buildings making it difficult to see from the highway. Needs a more visible sign.
