Location is perfect. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. Free breakfast is usually a bad experience. Ur breakfast was hot, tasty and well presented. The fresh fruit was actually fresh fruit! Usually it comes out of a jar. Room was quiet and clean. Hit all my marks. Good job management! Staff was fabulous so good job to Human Resources. Hope to return next year.

Since Covid the housekeeping has been cut down so I suggest larger trash cans.

We have stayed at this Hampton many times over many years . Wonderful location , always comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly.

The shower floor could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect for walking all around this historic little town. The room was very comfortable and the Staff very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, a gentleman in front of us was upset because his room wasn’t available yet. Keelie, the associate at the front desk, remained calm and respectful the whole time. Then once the manager got to the front desk he explained that they were short handed and he was actually upstairs cleaning rooms. They both handled it very well. Then we got to choose which floor we wanted to stay on so we chose the 4th floor. The room was very clean. Keelie checked on us via text both days of our stay. The breakfast staff was also very warm and kind, despite it being extremely busy as we stayed on July 4th. There was plenty of parking and even a big bike rack. The fitness center was also super nice. You can tell it’s been newly renovated.

I was slightly disappointed that the evening reception wasn’t happening due to construction. The pool was under construction as well. I know it will be nice once it’s complete.

The location was wonderful. I was initially concerned that the parking situation would be difficult, but it went fine. We were always able to find a close parking spot.

We enjoyed a multi-generational stay in a suite with my adult children and one of their partners. It would have been nice if there had been some separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom. Other than that, we liked everything the hotel offered.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot and cold Breakfast choices were plentiful and varied for the two days I was there. Gym equipment was current and well-maintained. Of course, you can’t beat the location, everything in the historic district is right outside the door.

My room overlooked a power plant (?) on the river, which was a little noisy at night. I had to park in the overflow parking lot on the weekend, which was a minor inconvenience.

Could not have asked for a better location...perfectly located to enjoy the views, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities much, much nicer than expected. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Only that we were tired from being on a cruise for 9 days, and that we had not booked more time there.

The room was spacious, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were nice and friendly.

There was a mix up and I had to pay at the property even though I had already paid online but the problem was quickly resolved. The area was also very congested little parking and the overflow parking was blocked off with orange cones so it could not be used.
