if you are going to an even at the the colosseum, this is a great place to stay!!!! the bar and restaurant had great , fast service.

there were no cups in the room…no soap for the sink and no handle on the shower door. we were hanging out in the patio area late at night, there was an employee also outside…and the night manager told us we had to come in because we could get mugged being out there that late!!

We have been fortunate to have traveled to all continents excepting Antarctica; having trouble with our reservation through Booking.com the lead management person (Rachelle) at the front desk got us squared away. We are forever grateful. We have used Booking.com for years. I’m done with them forever. I was cut off FOUR times when using their customer service number. I’m sick and tired of not understanding their South Korean personnel. Going forward I’m going to book directly through the property—I did so today.

i think the breakfast is expensive taking un consideration that don serve omelette and not gluten free bread to offer. the services of dinner at the bar poor, the lady very nice but she was alone with full bar, we had to wait a lot to eat, wasn’t her fault was just not enough personal to serve. congratulations for the personal that you have that are very nice and provide a good services but you need to get more people to serve otherwise the people will get tired and leave. thank you the hotel is really nice !

clean, very convenient location being right off the interstate and basically connected to the coliseum where the concert was that we were attending. easy check in, staff was great. our tv in our room wouldn’t work but front desk gave us free breakfast passes for next morning bc they couldn’t do anything about the tv situation and we were happy with that. will be back.

The check in lady was great. She exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast. We down for breakfast and sat down. We paid the buffet breakfast price which by the way was 17.00 instead of 11 which is what we were told. We went to grab food and there was hardly any. No eggs, no biscuits, no muffins, bacon was a little raw. We did tell the lady who was serving us and she said she went and told the kitchen to make more but they never did. We still got charged for 1 plate of 6 potatoes, 2 cold boiled eggs and gravy.

How elegant it looked and how nice the staff was. The beds were so comfortable. I would recommend anyone that needs a nice hotel in Macon area this is the place.

Having to pay for parking along with the Hallways need to be cleaned a little better other than that it was great.

Rooms were super clean - parking was awesome and walking distance to convention center and arena. The staff that was there was pretty friendly. The public restrooms were also very clean. The hotel itself was really well laid out and easily accessible. They had the HVAC set properly and it was very well lit even at night. The main issue was lack of staffing - probably a covid issue? This competition will be in Macon again next year so we'll be back. Hopefully they staff up this time.

The bar and restaurant weren't open til 5pm. There was a huge state wide sports competition at the neighboring Coliseum. The hotel had minimal staff on hand to meet the demand even though they had a year's advance notice.

The facility was very spacious and well decorated. The location was perfect for attending an event next door.

beautiful interior. well kept.

at this level there needs to be more hospitality such as free coffee and water with lemons etc in lobby in am. only having the option to buy lukewarm Starbucks from a carafe at the mini Starbucks seemed like nickel-and-diming.
