Location was great. The unit was nice, clean and very nice.

Three things I didn't enjoy: 1- Access code to enter the building: code was OK but company did not provide the "extra keys" needed to open the door. It was a little annoying trying to enter the building and not being able to. 2- Elevator in the buildings smelled really bad. I noticed few sand bags trying to absorb moisture from the air, but the smell was really bad. 3- The unit is on the back of the building, facing back alley, so the unit is kind of noisy duringt he night and very early in the morning. You can hear people coming in and out from places on the first floors, but the worst is trucks delivering food and moving dumpsters and trash

The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of Savannah! The place was very spacious and clean with all the amenities one would need, including a washer/dryer. We're thrilled with the stay and will actively seek out a Sonder property for future stays. Also the customer service chat feature on the app was super convenient when I had a question. I received a quick, polite, and empathetic response.

As expected (Sonder was open about it) the noise from outside was loud in the morning (no real noise past 10 PM) and we could easily hear kids running upstairs. But the noise was almost fully muted in the bedroom, and Sonder provided ear plugs and a noise machine (neither were needed). Also the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but we folded it back up and I slept on top of the couch which WAS comfortable. All good.

Location in historic district within walking distance of attractions and restaurants excellent. We were a group of 60- 70's ladies who could walk everywhere in the district. Apartment was very clean and roomy. Bathrooms & linens meticulous. Safe entry to building and room. Elevator very welcome touch. King beds very comfortable, minimalistic furnishings and decor. Good value.

We were in apt 3C. Chairs in eating area very uncomfortable. An additional chair in living room would better accommodate 4+ people. A chair in each bedroom would be helpful to the seasoned age gruops. Ear plugs on the night stands should have clued us into the potential for noise. We expected some from the nightlife but the delivery trucks ar 5 AM were jarring and more of a disturbance.. Despite these inconveniences we would return.

The place was very welcoming and clean and spacious! The location was very close to shopping, eating and many activities.

The offer to hold baggage was exciting however, nowhere near the location. We just left our luggage in the car. The parking garage - although the discount is generous - the location with relation to the hotel a walk along brick walk ways that are already at a pitch. If you plan on using the lot, it is easiest to drop your luggage and then headed to the parking lot and walk back.

The apartment was amazing and was right in the heart of the Historic District.

I was very disappointed with the stench from the Elevator that you could smell in the hallway with the doors closed. The rental agency said the flooring was going to be replaced during our stay but that did not happen, i am sure that was due to the Hurricane. I was also disappointed that such a beautiful and high end facility had single ply toilet paper- made you feel as if you were at a truck stop.

Location is great. Walkability to shops, restaurants, etc. is a plus. Having 4 bathrooms was nice. Overall, we liked the place and enjoyed our stay. Would choose it again - would just hope for a better cleaning!

Condo could have used a better cleaning. There was leftover coffee in the pot and urine on one of the toilet lids. We also had a homeless person with lots of stuff camped out in front of the doorway to the building each night which made it hard to get in the door.

The appartment was great, located in the middle of Savannah, close to everything.

The link to the parking garage we received from Sonder didn't work, contacted them but the issue couldn't be solved. Had to pay 25 USD per day instead of the 10 USD they have as an agreement with the parking company.

Location was great, lots of choices to eat and several night life venues.

The parking was the by far the most inconvenient part of the trip, however because we had GREAT WEATHER the whole stay it was manageable, if we had more luggage , which we did upon departure(due to my excessive shopping} that added to the inconvenient parking.

3 bedrooms with 4 large updated bathrooms in the perfect location. I live in Amelia Island, FL and travel to Savannah 2-3 times a year. I usually book a hotel on river street or near this location. I will 100% book this place again in the future! Bonus: Free parking for 1 car was a bonus! I usually pay $40 a night at a hotel in Savannah.

2 free parking spots would be really nice.

The place was gorgeous. Only had issues with the two items below. The location was perfect to visit Savannah.

All bedrooms were supposed to have a sound machine and they did not. The plugs electrical wires in the bathrooms did not work for the hairdryer. Both bathrooms on the right when you walked in.
