The location is good for a value room. It was a usual beach motel, but for the money, it was good. It was nice having a parking space you didn't have to pay extra for. If you have a bunch of beach stuff, take a wagon. The beds were pretty comfortable and the towels were white.

The outside could really use some sprucing up. No weeds had been pulled from planters, no flowers in pots and the ledges of the doors and such had thunk dust on them. One or two days of sprucing up and few flowers would really mKe all the different. The room was cute and clean. Overall, nice place for the value compared to bigger places.

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to a corner store and the shopping strips/bars. Breakfast place across the street was very good. The front desk staff was the friendliest and even accommodated our kayak by suggesting a place at the hotel to store it while we went to explore Savannah. Parking was tight but there was always a spot. No pool on site but there are 5 pools close by that we had access to use and within walking distance. Not sure how this place has bad reviews.

No ice machine but there is ice across the street at the store.

Staff was extremely nice. Building is very old, but decently rennovated. The nice lady behind the counter said it was built in the 1940s, anf they do the best they can to maintain it. Plenty of space in the suite, large comfortable couch, the bed was exceptional, and it was only a short walk to the beach.

The building looked and smelled very old. Walls had some cracks and dents in the bathroom. Some of the light fixtures in the ceiling were not working, and the front door did not have a dead bolt lock or any other way to lock the door besides the lock on the door knob. My wife felt a little uncomfortable knowing how easily someone could potentially break in.

Location location location! If it wasn't for the weather I could have walked everywhere you are just far enough from the drinking spots to not have drunk traffic but right next to the shops. The room was a great size. I had the king suite and it was like a small apartment. Small galley kitchen, round table with plenty of room, big sectional and coffee table. It was like renting a 1br apartment. Quiet and cute. The reception people were great! There isn't a lot of hotel parking but if you need to park at a meter nearby ( we found one not even 20 ft from the hotel) they will let you borrow a parking pass! They were so friendly.

If you've ever lived in a beach town you know how crazy hard it is to keep the floors clean. There wasn't sand but walking on the floors barefoot made my feet gross I washed them and just wore flipflops walking around the place. The cabinet doors in the kitchen weren't in great shape but I wasn't there to live just to stay a couple of days. I would've appreciated better door locks for peace of mind. There were definitely things that could've used attention to detail like a tear in a throw pillow or the cabinets but overall I loved it!

Great location, it was close to everything. The room is beautiful & spacious, the bathroom was clean. The front desk attendants were nice & helpful.

I didn't like the staircase, I should've requested for bottom floor room,as I have a bad back & hips and I have a hard time climbing. The bed could've been more comfy. The faucet was real loose on the sink. Room needs a ceiling fan.

We had two vehicles. I understand about one vehicle per room, but I was still at work thats why we drove separate. The desk person attitude was unprofessional . She worked with me to avoid getting towed. I spent $200 on a room and didn't deserve the attitude.

Upon walking in, we were amazed. Beautiful set up for the bed, huge jacuzzi tub, nice bathroom, mirrors everywhere. It was just a nice room! Staff was friendly and helpful as well. This isn’t your 5 star hotel but this was definitely a wonderful experience. A nice romantic getaway.

The shower door needs to be fixed and the light fixtures could confusing. Other than that, it has its minor things that needs to be fixed but for an older Inn, it’s nice.

I absolutely love location, staff was nice, nice outdoor areas

Parking is terrible, they really can’t help that much and the floors and bathroom need a bleaching, other than that it was absolutely amazing

The location was perfect! We stayed in the penthouse.. it was unique and definitely worth it!

A lot of maintenance repairs needed. Vent cover falling from the ceiling. Electrical wires showing, paint chipped, etc. There was food left behind from the previous occupants.
