The location can’t be beat. About a block off the beach, on a path. Restaurants, bars, entertainment were all within walking distance. The property is lovely. I loved the layout of our suite. The suite is tucked up under stairs for the upstairs suites, so not much view, but the property is set up with multiple outdoor seating areas and is very pretty. We sat outside and almost felt like we were the only ones there. The pool was fantastic - clean, just the right temperature, with lovely landscaping all around. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The property is beautiful and is within a short walking distance to the beach. The room had plenty of space for the two adults and three kids that stayed. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through, but definitely will be back in the future for a longer stay!

The property was clean and had some updates, only downfall is the unit could benefit from new carpet. Also, did not know to check in at Desoto Beach Hotel instead of the property.

I really liked the location. It was close to beach, restaurants, and a coffee shop across the street. The room was cool with comfortable beds. The pool was clean and quiet most of the time. They did a really good job with the landscaping. Staff was responsive when I had a problem.

Our room included free parking spot, but only for one car. So, we had to park on the street. Normally, Tybee charges $3.50 per hour from 8 am to 8 pm, but the city waived the fees due to the holiday weekend. Luckily, I found a spot close by. Yet, I wanted to mention that for those traveling with multiple cars. Also, room has coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. So, make sure to bring your own.

The place was perfectly located with easy beach access. It was a quaint little beach hotel that was ideal for a short stay. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. The grounds were kept up nice and the room had everything we needed.

You could tell this was an older beach building because there was some moisture smell in the room. Some things could be updated. I also wish I knew I had to check in at a different location, not at the inn.

The property was beautiful, we loved the kitchen. Access to the beach wasn’t bad. The pool was just the right temperature we enjoyed he heated pool in April.

The pool opened to late 9am and the pool closed and locked 🔒 by 8pm. no night swimming even with the beautiful night lights in the pool. There were no good mirrors so we could see to get ready and the shower is super small.

no breakfast provided, just after St. Paty celebration and before busy season. so low crowds, nice

what's informed that you actually have to go back up the rd. to another hotel to get checked in & out. not a big issue but should be told

no breakfast, but Affiliated hotel provided breakfast did not find out until we got there that we had to go to another hotel affiliated with this one to check in. don't think it was posted on website, but it was posted at the hotel.

Location was Great.. We did not have breakfast at the location. We did enjoy out stay very much. The staff was wonderful and very friendly!!!!!!!

My only complaint was that the pool closed at 8pm. That is extremely early. We would have loved to go night swimming with the kids.

Great locale just off the beach. ( A little walk to get to access area of beach) Extremely close to main strip of stores and restaurants but set back from traffic on main road. Only 8 total units with suites and multi bedrooms so never a crowded feel and much quieter than the other 45-50 unit Beach Resort.

Have to check in at parent hotel Dunes Beach Resort because no office facilities are at Georgianne.

Beautiful location and very convenient. the inside definitely could use some new paint and a little more modernization. The outside had beautiful landscaping and well kept up.

That my King Deluxe Suite didn’t have a kitchen. I couldn’t get but luke warm water to come out of the shower and it somewhat loose with the dial to turn the shower on. The room could definitely use some updates.
