Proximity to the beach was absolutely perfect and the showers near the parking lot were extremely helpful! The shower in the hotel room was also gorgeous and easy to use! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the room had potential to be nice with proper insulation and the hotel was around a lot of cool/cute restaurants in stores. Because of this we had no need to move our car once we parked.

There seemed to be mold on the floor and one of the headboards was hanging off the wall, we assumed from how damp the room could get with the humidity. We are all very cold-natured, so we turned the temperature up in our room while following the directions about the sliding door. The room still got to the point of dripping wet and all of our things became damp. The room dried up once we realized the change in temperature was the cause, but a warning about adjusting room temperature as well as leaving the door open would be very helpful in the welcome emails.

The location of the hotel was perfect we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We had a ocean view room with a balcony we enjoyed very much, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooms had chairs to use on the beach, and bikes to ride ... totally wonderful place to stay...

We enjoyed the pool but the chairs needed to be replaced, when they were in the sun for long periods of time they became extremely hot, it would be nice if a coke machine was placed by the ice machine so you didn't have to walk all the way to the registration office

So nice to have the beach so close. Rooms were nice and big. Loved the extra items for the beach in the room to use if needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check-in and check-out were at a separate location in the parking lot. I’ve never experienced that before and it was convenient. Pool and Tiki Bar in the parking lot were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a little dated, but not horrible. Patio sliding door, door track and balcony could use a little extra cleaning.

Stayed in room 314. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view and location. It's nice that they provide beach chairs and towels. The hotel is located within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. We were there for four days, and I didn't have to drive anywhere the whole time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We spent time at the tiki bar which has a nice cheerful bartender. Will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Tybee.

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and the pier.

We were on the 4th floor and the vending machine for drinks wouldn't take bills, yet it was only set up to take bills and coins, no credit cards. The 3rd floor didn't have a vending machine and the second floor only had Coke available, (Water, powered, sprite and diet coke were all sold out) but at midnight and you're tired and thirsty you take what you can get without having to walk across the parking lot to the office.

I liked being able to see the ocean from my room. Loved that they had vinyl floors instead of carpet in the room and they leave you a broom and dust pan to clean up sand. They also have lounge chairs in the room to use on the beach. They are super close to restaurants and shopping.

They have place cards to put on your door if you need anything we needed toilet paper so we placed it on the door but never received any. The phone in the room didn’t work so you couldn’t call them for quick check out.

The close proximity to the beach and being within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do on Tybee. The staff were amazing though--front desk personnel were so friendly, the tiki bartender was so nice and personalized my drink, and the cleaning staff were very nice too.

The elevators had piles of (I think?) porkrind crumbs upon our arrival... the alarm clock wouldnt turn on (not that we needed it for vacation, lol), the phone had no dial tone, and one lamp didnt have lightbulbs.

I loved that the property was close to the ocean and close to the pier and all other fun places.

Everything was good but my husband was upset that he had called and requested our room to be clean multiple times and they didn’t come clean it until our last day there. After a few beach trips sand everywhere is inevitable so we had sand in our sheets and all over the bathtub floor which was annoying. One other thing was that it was really hard to catch the Tiki Bar and pool area open, it seemed like Everytime we would try to go hang out there that it would be closed. We were never able to use the pool facility at the time we wanted to and never got to redeem our free drinks.

Location was great-"easy walk to beach, shops, food.

No sign of housekeeping after check in. No one came by to take out overflowing tiny trash cans in room. There was a used coffee stirrer and a wad of hair on hall floor for hours. Either get more staff to dump room trash and walk the halls or get ready for more bad reviews. It,'s these little things that take away from the experience.

Fourth of July getaway perfect location to the beach the property is good the staff was very nice stayed in the north tower was great and close to the pool with the Tiki Bar it was relaxing to have a balcony and the king room was big and spacious aand very clean and up to date. I liked that they provided beach chairs and towels to take on the beach for i didn't have one .and i also enjoyed riding the bicycle they provided as well.
