The bed was very comfortable. The location was good. Close to restaurants.

It's in need of a spruce up and new furniture. The cleanliness wasn't the best. I had to use both couch cushions because the seat was so low and there were food crumbs on the couch. The worst thing was that it wasn't busy at all, and they put someone right next to me. The room was one that had a connecting door so I could hear everything the other occupants were saying. There was no reason for them to put them in that room. It wasn't like it was packed!!

I really liked the front desk lady. I really wish i could remember her name. She was so sweet. An yhe front desk area was very clean. An we really like the fact its 15 min from wild adventures. An right beside the mall.beds, bathroom tub an sink was really cleaned well.

We really was satisfied with the stay! ...But right away when i walked in i notice the floor wasnt sweeped very well..you could see it clear as day.

The receptionist was awesome honestly. I don’t remember his name but he was great! I came there after a horrible Airbnb experience and i literally booked at 11 at night. He checked me in, smiled, gave me advice on the area and i even saw him walking the property, which is important

The beds were comfortable. We stayed on NYE and it was expecting to hear noises from the other rooms, but it was a quiet place to stay. The morning front desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good with waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, and coffee.

It looks like the management is working now updating the rooms. I didn't mind the mix of furniture, but picker guests might.

Everything was excellentt. And the location was pefect and convient to everything I need to travel to. We was visting our grandson and the parks locatef close to the hotel was perfect for our outings.

Everything was great. Hope to see u soon again. Probably in the summer whwn it is much warmer. It was close to eating spots and I-75 exits. Thaan u so much for excellent service. and excellent customer service.

Location was great, and it was peaceful. We played in the pool for 2 days and no other guest were swimming. The mall was only a walk across the parking lot. The maintenance man was very friendly and polite. We will definitely be back again.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciate that breakfast was available for us to enjoy. We arrived early and were able to check in a little earlier that anticipated, which was great.

At breakfast, the waffle maker was not "user friendly", it looked like it had old caked on batter and needed to be properly cleaned. I wanted a waffle but the waffle maker was not appealing to the eye so I did not trust it.

All-around pleasant stay! Quick registration..food close by...no proble,s at all! Thank you- will return.

Nothing..breakfast provided, but as I am diabetic..more carbs than protein, so chose to eat elsewhere..not your fault.

This is an old hotel. Go into it with the right expectations. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast area had sticky countertops. The walls are a little thin. The hotel staff should space out the guest rooms when possible to mitigate this problem.

The room was facing a back wall. The room had only one trash can, only at the front door. There was no trash can in the bathroom.
