Overall, a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic. When traveling with kids and adults, you never know if everyone is going to find something to eat, or be full after eating. Our entire group left satisfied and the options surpassed our expectations. The rooms were clean and the in room fridge was fantastic for our overnight stay to keep things cood during travel.

The only item of housekeeping to mention was that one of the rooms that we booked, had paint or drywall mud on the floor and bed in the hotel room. This is something that can be quickly and easily addressed from a recent renovation.

The room was spacious and very clean. Parking was horrible with it being such a large group being booked at the hotel. Overall, I would stay again.

The front desk clerk mixed up our reservations with my sister-in-law. They took the last name but never asked for a first name. When she got there, they told her she had her room already only to find out that I had her room and they had checked me in wrong. I had two rooms and she only had one room. This happens all the time in reservations at hotels.

The room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. I had an issue with the TV and they sent a tech to fix it immediately while he was there my computer needed a new battery and he left and came back with a new battery. The Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. There was a police convention going on at the hotel and I sleep like a baby filling so safe with all the officers staying at the hotel. Thank you for having such a nice place to stay!

Breakfast bar were well stock with food and items..areas were kept clean.. All of the hotel employees were very professional with great customer services experience..services with a smile..considering the devastation their state just experience with the hurricane..

Staff was very nice and breakfast was better than expected

Just spruce up the place. Wall paper was pealing off the walls in the hallway. Caulking in bathroom was discolored and just didn’t look good. Carpet looked like it was dirty. We had a one year old and her knees were very dark after crawling around to room for a few minutes

It was confident to wild adventure

I called and asked for room service and she states you have to give 24 hour notice for clean towels and to get the trash taken out REALLY and check in was at 3 and room was not ready so had to wait after the long trip there before I could check in and relax

Excellent choices for food. Eggs, waffles and sausage tasted very good. Many different choices for bread items. Maybe more variety with fruit. Saw apples and bananas. Bananas were slightly green. Didn’t look ripe enough. Apple juice and water was good. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate station was nicely supplied. It was a busy morning in the breakfast area, but the employees worked hard to keep everything clean and filled.

nice size rooms. very comfortable. lots of choices for breakfast. and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

the pool area. pool had not been cleaned and no towels.

The room was nice and big. The location was great. Breakfast was good.

The room was right next to the elevator. Noise from guests was heard in room coming off or in the room, but the worst part was the music that was playing in the hallway was too loud and disturbed our sleep all night long.

Location is good, we have stayed here multiple times during our family trips. Great rooms, great showers and the suites are great for families with small children. Gives them room to crawl around after being in a carseat all day.

The only negatives I have is the coffee that morning at breakfast was not great. In fact the coffee in the room was better.
