The Front Desk Crew was amazing both check in an check out. It smelled WONDERFUL time the doors opened!!They greeted me with smile's an great energy! That's always a plus. My room was very nice an comfortable. Bed very comfortable. An it was quite for it to be a dog friendly environment! I will definitely make this my hotel every time I come to Valdosta!!!!

My experience was excellent there I can't think of anything to complain about the only thing I would say is a raise to the staff because they are doing an amazing job with running the hotel and keeping the hotel clean and spotless and the front desk crew always keep them happy because they're representing the hotel in a fabulous way ! Let's not forget the cleaning stuff the hotel was just really spotless and it smelled so amazing! From time I walked into the hotel that Saturday from leaving out the hotel that Sunday morning I felt safe, satisfied an and successful choosing the right hotel to stay while my visit at Valdosta!

Staff was great. Diamond and katie(?) Were on duty and very friendly. They were helpful in giving info about hotel. Check in was fast. Rooms were spacious and nice. Very clean. Walls thin but when I called about some noise, they got on it to fix right away. Breakfast was tasty.

Thin walls. Could hear a few different things from other rooms. Babies and dogs. But to be fair, they did fix it the dog situation and one was a baby who can't control the crying, so it can be somewhat expected.

The staff here is the friendliest I have truly ever encountered at a hotel (even 5 star hotels!). From the front desk to the maintenance staff to the housekeepers, they were nice, helpful and seemed genuinely eager to please. The pet friendly rooms have laminated flooring, so I felt comfortable in trusting how clean our rooms appeared. Working fridge and microwaves were a plus. The pool seemed very clean too! You would not be able to tell that this is a pet friendly faculty besides the staff that doted on my large dogs! The breakfast was average, but that was to be expected. The lady serving the food was very kind. I saw her helping an older lady who could not help herself and this worker not only brought her food and drinks, she also cut up her food.

Better lighting, but that is just my personal preference.

I arrived earlier than expected with my 4 year old son. We were meeting my sister and brother in law for a quick one night visit. They stayed here too. I called when I pulled up and spoke to Sydney to inquire if by chance our room could accommodate early check in. She checked and informed us we could. She was so friendly and personable. My career has been and continues to be in guest services and I can tell she’s a good one! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was great

Had to find shelter after hurricane Idalia took out our power. My mother has dementia and couldn’t function at home.

Our room 110 was next to the back door and stairs so we experienced slamming doors and the sounds from the stairs day and night. Our fault for choosing that room for which it was easier for my mom to walk to.

It was very clean and comfortable. The facilities seemed updated and the location was great!

There was not a plug next to both sides of the bed. There was only one wall outlet available on one side. The other problem was that there was only one elevator and we were far from it. Being on the third floor, it was hard to carry bags up and down the stairs.

The BW on N.Valdosta Rd. is very comfortable and always spotless. The night I arrived they hadn't yet restocked their snack cabinet so the young woman checking me in gave me her own bag of popcorn (above and beyond). The staff is always courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The vending machines only take cash, no other form of payment such as a debit card.

It was close to everything & location was great. It was peaceful & the staff was nice and helpful.

There was hair in the shower & spots in the sheets on the bed. Check out time was at 11:00am & house keeping knocked on the door at 9:30AM & it made me feel like they was rushing us to leave. We paid $340.00 for 1 night we should not have been rushed.

Super helpful staff, I needed a well lighted, secure area to park a large brand new vehicle that I was driving home from the dealer. They showed me exactly where to park, spacious, great lighting and right under my window. Also the breakfast buffet was quite good. I travel a lot so I am used to "inedible". This was fresh, tasty , hot and plenty from which to choose.

My rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The check in and out were seamless and professional. The breakfast buffet was fulfilling and delicious. I went back for seconds on the grits and potatoes. The staff was very proficient in maintaining a clean and fully stocked breakfast. For those that need to know, pancakes are served, no waffles. You will not miss the waffles though. The food was delicious. The pool was not freezing. Everything was worth coming back for.
