Everything was good. The guy that was at the front Desk with a very nice with helping me get the room straight out he was very very nice. The rooms were very clean roomy everything was good if I come that way again, I would really love to stay at the same hotel, hoping the same people will still be there with the hip and hand and a great smile thanks the guy at the front Desk for his hospitality and his smile it would really appreciate it. There is nothing bad to say about the hotel the employees everything worth good and I would tear any family member any friend anyone is traveling to Valdosta, Georgia about the hotel, and all it has to offer once again thanks for everything

The hotel staff was so helpful when Hurricane Idallia hit. They kept everything and everyone comfortable with extra towels when the AC went out, cleaned the room exceptionally well even when there was no light for the few days following the Hurricane when the whole blacked out. The staff remained happy and helpful and worked with the lack of phone service, lack of internet and the devastation of this area. Kem the manager kept a level head and a smile on her face and was very solution oriented. Lisa was on top of her duties, once again with a warm disposition when the weather and remaining clean up was so hard to deal with. Thanks for a great place to stay when the worst weather hit!

The hurricane

The exterior was a little dated, but it had lots of green space in courtyards on the interior. The room was clean with engineered vinyl flooring. The bedding was plush and very comfortable. We had an accessible room and bathroom and I must say it was large with all the necessities for a disabled person. The roll in shower was big with a pull down shower head and shower chair. There were bars around the toilet and the sink was large enough to roll under. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There was a pool and concrete walking paths that went through the grounds and around the building allowing me a safe walking path for my service dog. Breakfast was provided but was basic. Close to the interstate. All in all a good stay for a night or two.

The slight lips/ bumps on the threshold doors made it somewhat challenging to get in the room. Lack of handicap buttons on each of the entrances.

My husband and I stayed here, and it made us fall in love with Valdosta. The palm trees, the pool, the wonderfully friendly community. It was a nice quiet place to stay and it was perfect for our budget. The staff was very welcoming and kind I would definitely stay here again 9/10. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10/10 is because when we first arrived at the hotel after a 12 hour drive we had to wait over an hour to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk. But over all definitely a wonderful family friendly place to stay.

Someone at the front desk 24/7 or atleast watching it. I know it's difficult when you're the only one working that night but making guests wait that long is very rude.

I didn't like that the cable wasn't showing clearly. 😕 but it was all good they're working on switching cable boxes. Someone did come check it and fix the problem. 🫠😀

It was very clean and very nice rooms. When I walked in it smelled so good inside the room and it was really peaceful and quiet ! We were in one of the updated rooms so I really enjoyed it !

At the time when we arrived there, it had be some bad weather down there and the lights was off. There wasn’t any.

Everything was good, days in can not help that the lights was off and it had been bad weather.

The bed was super comfortable and room size was great.

Only issue was our room was in between two other rooms full of people who were staying together and they went back and forth past our room all night being loud.

They are renovating, and the room was very clean and comfortable. You will drive to get to nearby restaurants, but not far. Complimentary breakfast was limited to coffee, juice, bottled water - a plus - and non-appealing packaged muffins.

The location, but not much to be done there. Consequently, they should as items to breakfasts.

I paid via PayPal using booking.com counter, took my debit card and charged it again for the room title instead of only an accidental deposit. She told me it was for the accidental deposit, but it was not.
