It's a new hotel, so very well cared for and clean. We are loyal to La Quinta strictly because they allow pets for a small fee. This plus the included warm breakfast and fair rates are what allows our family to travel and avoid truck stop naps on the way to visit family. Please never stop doing this. All employees were kind and friendly. Breakfast was great and well stocked. We even appreciated the nice grassy area with doggie bags. Our room had extra tall ceilings which made it feel not cramped at all. We used the refrigerator, had no problems with the shower or temp, also got some stuff from the little shop by the front desk.

This is rare, but I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like about this one night stay. I'm not sure what good restaurants are nearby, since we had no need.

the poor boy servicing the breakfast bar worked his butt off then you got these people like ain’t had a meal And don’t anticipate another just piling up food and then don’t even eat it or else like one lady 3 trips to the elevator. really people be civil act like your moms raised you with some sense and for gods sake put your mess in the trash when your done don’t just get up and leave it.

This is a really nice property, very clean and well kept; the large seating area in the lobby is well suited for visiting rather than being confined to the room (although the rooms are fairly spacious). The pool area is clean and comfortable, the pool itself clean and well maintained; pretty cool seating area with a fire pit right next to the pool. This was our second stay here and we will surely stay again.

The room was very humid, even with the air set on 68. Strange, but by no means a deal breaker.

Property was in a quiet location and near shopping stores and food stores

The room they gave us the bathroom floor behind the door had hair everywhere as if the floor wasn’t swept or mopped the tub also had hairs in it which was so disgusting and made my stomach turn even my daughter found it to be nasty. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work but staff tried everything they could to help fix the issues but it still wasn’t working I think due to the weather conditions as that weekend it was bad weather.

This is a brand new building—6 months old in May 2023. It is fabulous! The beds are comfy and cushy pillows. Nice clean rooms. Front desk very pleasant and breakfast was hot and ready—waffles, eggs, sausage, and Canadian bacon. Lots of cold foods—cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels.

The price we paid thru Booking was as the best we found on any site. It was for a Thursday night. But the price for a weekend night is going to be almost $100 more. I really hate that.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was very gracious. Jamal was welcoming and very kind about our check-in time. I spoke to him on the phone twice and he checked us in upon arrival. Our maid, Mrs. D, left a sweet note and our room was spotless. The breakfast hostess,Ms. Jenny, provided a delightful experience while keeping everything clean, well stocked, and beautiful all morning.

Occupant next to my room (#218) turned TV on at 4:30 am and woke me up. I called the front desk so they could call them or knock on their door ( not safe for me to have done so plus I’m a senior n didn’t want a confrontation)… but no one answered despite letting it ring about 10 times! I had a long drive ahead n wasn’t able to fall back asleep u til 6’sh a.m. :(

The rooms were clean as well as the rest of the hotel, the breakfast was really good.

The staff wasn't as helpful as they could have been. They seemed inconvenienced when they were asked for something. There were no clean towels in the pool area and they didn't bother to bring any out. We were supposed to have a pull out couch in our room as well and we didn't. That was the main reason I chose this hotel.

Clean new hotel. Very good breakfast. I appreciated the healthy options; the waffles were yummy. The pillows were so comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Our room was near an exit door leading out to the parking lot. Whenever someone opened this door it slammed shut, echoing loudly down the hall, and this was particularly loud late at night and early morning.

The place was nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

Booking had the rooms listed as having a sofa bed, however, the nice woman at the desk (don't remember her name) informed me that the information was incorrect and that they're only available in the studio suites. Also, Booking has checkout listed as 12. I checked with the front desk, and that is also incorrect. Checkout was 11 for us.
