We had a last-minute, unplanned stay after we missed our connecting flight out of Midway, and arrived very late and tired. The gentleman who checked us in (I forgot his name) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He made us feel welcome and I could tell he was trying to move the check in process along quickly so we could get some rest. That was a highlight and a lovely experience.

I did not eat breakfast, but our friends who did were not very impressed by the food.

The lady who checked me in was very professional and extremely helpful in choosing a dinner choice. Retain this lady and pay her well. Other suggestions would include providing a operating computer to obtain a boarding pass, of the 3 available none would work! Also when leaving the building early Sunday morning noticed a big rat in the back yard of the building. Not inspiring to see that.

Rats, non working computer and couldn’t get a large bill cashed as the attendant had no access to a cash drawer.

The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The little shop next to the check in office did not have enough supplies. It had snacks but didn’t have bare necessities like aspirin, hair brush, etc.

The check in was quick and easy.After checking in we went to the restaurant that's attached to the hotel. The food was delicious and the price was right. My first time here but if ever I need a place to stay that's close to Midway Airport this definitely would be my choice...

My room wasn’t clean when I took possession of it. Not stocked daily with regular coffee in room… no breakfast offered on site

I asked for a balcony room when I made my reservations and every time I stay at this property I’m always told it’s none available.
