I like the location. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

You have to pay an additional fee per day to park your vehicle at the hotel that you already paid to stay at.

Clean, although pillows smelled musty. Everyone very pleasant and helpful.

They charged a deposit of $100. And each time they say it will be returned, it’s never returned. This visit I asked how do I get my deposit back, and they’re answer was 3rd party which is booking.com is responsible for my refund of the deposit. I stay often in this hotel and I have yet to see a deposit refund. My room is always clean when I leave and everything in place. I would like to continue staying but I need a response on deposit.

Breakfast coffee was good. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for a place to sit as our breakfast coincided with a tour bus! We were there due to a missed flight connection and got in after midnight. The lady who checked us in was friendly and provided us with complimentary toothbrushes/paste. The bed was wonderful! The shuttle to/from Midway was appreciated.

We were missing the bathtub soap and conditioner, not sure that it was intended to be provided but it was not. The room coffee was undrinkable. Hard for Hampton to control but we had a neighbor playing loud music till 2am.

Easy 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport leaves every 20 minutes. 24 hour coffee and tea located in lobby. Hot full breakfast from 6-10 am. Clean comfortable rooms, hot shower, good location in a cluster of hotels, a TGI Fridays restaurant, and other food and drink options close by. The Hampton Midway has been and will continue to be my go to Hotel when I fly in and out of Midway.

It was in a good location, a lot of restaurants to choose from, it was quiet and I slept good the bed was real comfortable and would stay again

Everything was good to my standards but they could not told me when I called about the the parking that there was a parking fee that way I would have known so on y’all web site y’all need to find a way to add that to the other sites because I used Booking.Com and did not see that

The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast had a decent variety, and everyone was nice. We liked that it was only 1 mile from the Orange line, so traveling into the city and back was easy.

The pull out sofa was very poor quality. My friend could feel every bar and spring and did not sleep well at all.

Upon check in the front desk person was warm and welcoming and quickly got me to my room. The Hotel was well decorated and the lighting was very nice. There was both coffee and hot water available in the lobby. The room was comfortable and well designed and appointed with the perfect mix of style, comfort and functionality. The Hotel is conveniently located in a cluster of hotels right next to the Midway Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport every 20 minutes 24 hours a day.

Didn't get to try the breakfast.

Paying $24 for parking in a hotel parking lot. Terrible. And we were not informed of this ahead of time. Also booking got my name wrong so at first could not find registration. First and last names switched.

The breakfast area and lobby could use some improvement. The seats are old and sunk in. The couch is so bad I thought I was going to end up on the floor when I sat in. Also breakfast can be improved. There was no dark roast coffee. The light roast was so light it did not feel like coffee.

The customer service was exceptional,the view and accommodations were more than expected ! The property was well designed !

I was impressed that I had no time to find what I wouldn’t like ! There were no red flags in my view !
