I encountered a serious incident of negligence and disrespect from Jennifer, the night-shift manager and the security guard Alondra. The turning point was when the Manager on duty, Erica, stepped in and was extremely professional, courteous and customer oriented. She listened to my complaint and suggested several options (including a partial refund) which rectified the situation. Huge thanks to Erica for her support and willingness to solve my issue.

Comfy beds, a decent breakfast, nice decor and genuinely helpful, pleasant, friendly staff. Shuttle Bus to Midway Airport is very efficient. Coaches Sports Bar in the adjacent Doubletree does good food if the light menu in Hyatt is not enough. Stayed 7 nights and would stay again. There seems to be a lot of repeat business with airline personnel and they seemed happy to be there. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this hotel. The overall local environment outside the Midway Hotel Centre is not brilliant, but if you do your research, you'll find decent eateries. Chicago Ridge Mall is not far and is very nice with a good range of shops.

There is too much disposable cutlery and crockery. Reusable needs to be the main emphasis. Almost no opportunity to recycle with only a bin for plastics or glass and aluminium down at reception. Housekeeping is minimal. Staff are really working hard and long hours, which inevitably hits service, but to be fair, we had only a minor impact from this with shampoo, conditioner and body wash wall mounted dispensers all being emptied on our first morning.

The king room was large with a sitting area, closet, refrigerator, coffee maker, ice bucket...... basically anything you could need! VERY clean with a fresh scent. The bed and PILLOWS were very cozy. The blackout shades worked well. After a long flight, it was delightful to take a hot shower and sleep in a comfortable dark room. Ahhh...... zzzz BONUS: there are several restaurants that will deliver. The helpful gal at the front desk gave me several brochures when I asked who delivered. I had Lou Malnati's delivered very quickly- would recommend! Of the MANY hotels in this complex close to Midway, this was the least expensive. DEFINITELY the best deal around!

I didn't get to the property until around 9pm, so parking was a challenge. Luckily all the hotels' guests are welcome in any area of the complex. This little challenge would NOT keep me from staying here again!

The environment was cool, smells nice and very welcoming. We traveled with babies so having extra sofa to sit on was a bonus and the room was big enough to accommodate our staff and our stay was comfortable.

There was a fireplace and we went to enjoy but after waiting for hours and asking multiple times no one come to lit it for us. So we had to go back and were a bit disappointed but besides that everything was good.

Location is convenient to just about every direction you may want to travel. The room was really nice and comfortable w/the sleeper sofa and mini-fridge. The room only had a walk-in shower (so make sure to check bc the heads are high up and maybe hard to bathe little ones). Although you’re located near the airport, it was unexpectedly quiet.

The room did not provide a microwave.

I love how friendly the staff were always willing to help. There were a lot of different options for breakfast, which I loved. The room was also clean.

I usually go with my family so we need lots of room. I usually get a suite on the Hyatt place in Rosemont but I did not see an option for that type of room when I booked this room so we just had to take the queen room and were a little too constricted. It could've also just been they didn't have suites available at the time of my booking because of when I booked it so that was on me.

Very convenient to take the airport shuttle to the L-train orange line to get downtown. Saves driving in stop and go traffic and trying to find parking downtown. Buy a transit pass if you are doing this, it is good on all trains and buses. We were there 6 days, so a 7 day pass makes for great travel value.

Airporr shuttle buses need air ride suspension. The route to the airport is rough, and the bus rides like a haywagon. Hotel breakfast is good, and consistent, but the waffles and hashbrown patties were hard as bricks.

This hotel was Amazing.. I absolutely Luvvvvvv Everything about it… The staff was Super Nice, breakfast was awesome, n everything was jus a total vibe. My family absolutely loved it well. The pool was a good bonus, because I can’t travel anywhere without there being a indoor pool because my kids loveee to swim.. The room was very clean and spacious for my family. There was absolutely Nothing negative about this hotel. Thanks for the stay❤️

Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, the TV had chromecast. It's a good distance to chicago.

The one day we went to the pool in the hotel some lady in a security uniform kept coming in and taking video of the room and two others came in to make sure we weren't stealing anything? When we were literally just swimming and hanging out together. Kind of ruined the vibe and we felt discouraged from using the pool at all the rest of our trip.

Location and breakfast was good. Room was nice and spacious! Very nice and friendly and Super helpful staff, especially Diego and Alondra (who was actually still in training)!

Putt putt golf is not a course, just a very tiny area with a few holes in the ground. Room we stayed in was smoke-free, but i could tell it used to not be. Thermostat didn't work properly, but it kept the temperature at what we placed it on.
