Holiday Inn Chicago Midway Airport S, an IHG hotel

You asked in a survey question: what did I Like? My Answer: I like the welcome, the smiles, and the one time parking fee even though we stayed 2 two nights. I like the set up in the room; it was quite spacious for us. Check in was simple and quick. I like that they had a snack shop for when you just want something to drink or something sweet. I the set up overall and the location...perfect to be able to shop right outside then go back to your room. Very convenient for walking too.

You asked what I didn't like about our stay in a survey question? My Answer: There was no way to heat up the food anywhere in the rooms or in the facility. Saving money was essential for us so we could have fun as a family and still feed our children, but there was no way to heat up the food we bought. Extra towels were not offered since we were there for more than one day; we had to go down stairs to ask for more. Though these are small things that leave room for improvement; i know it can be fixed. Other than those two things; I enjoyed our family trip and staying there for the time we stayed. The price was decent as well and everybody enjoyed themselves so I will certainly be going back! Maybe we will try date night next..Ha ha; let's see!🙂

I liked that the room was comfortable.

I didn’t like the price for the location and the additional cost of parking. I would have preferred a microwave in the room.

Overall the whole hotel the colors the style and the room sizes and the restaurant the food was nice I guess the price of the food was Reasonable

I didn't like that it did have a microwave anywhere on the property and did like that the toilet set is easy to come off

Comfy beds Staff were so friendly and did above and beyond their duties. Very grateful

Only 1 garbage can in room - ask for extra 1 but to no avail. Long distance walk from elevator - was out all day and walking back to room was a long hike when tired bit good exercise.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom is a little small for a tall person. Overall enjoyable stay and close to the mall.

The hotel is getting upgraded and doors to get to the elevator was confusing with no signage and the pool was unavailable too.

The rooms are clean and comfy and quiet

The price for room since the covid is to high and its not far to the customers that we gave to pay these high prices because the list from covid we a lost because of the covid but you see us customers asking for things so y'all need to work on that

Every thing was updated and the decor was modern. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and staff was terrific. Close to airport.

Internet was free but not strong enough to stream.
