Breakfast was perfectly made each morning, while paying 20 extra dollars a day it should be. Parking was good, paying 20 dollars a day it should be. The staff were helpful and friendly and greeted us warmly whenever they saw us. The facilities were not always clean but easy to use and a great help while on vacation.

Paying 20 extra dollars for amenities I feel like should habe been included like parking felt cheap, again if it had been bad I would have felt swindled. Breakfast was fast and good but again if it had been bad that's a lot od money to add per day to expect great service. The pool and work out area being dirty was a bit odd, but staff did their best to keep it clean.

I LOVED my spacious king size bedroom. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Although, I just stayed over for the night, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel could have offered HBO, Starz, etc. However, I didn't watch much tv.

I loved how clean and comforting the hotel was and the room was clean and spacious for my fiancé and I. When I called down to see if they had any tooth brush and tooth paste because my fiancé and I forgot to pack them, I usually have to go down to get it at the front desk at other hotels but they had someone come up to the room and hand them to me, which I really appreciated it. Will defiantly stay here again.

I wish the pool space and the pool could have been bigger. It was nice but it was only up to 4'6" and there wasn't enough space between us and others who were in the pool.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and super nice! Made sure I had a room that fit my entire family and was super accommodating!

The property was clean and met all my expectations!

It would be nice to check on rooms for coffee, cups, soaps during the stay even if they don’t clean room each day.

Chicago was depressing. Mask request/requirements are a joke. Does NOT filter pathogens as they are too small and leakage occurs. Flu is always a risk. Illegal Mandates. Very disappointing that Corporate America (Hilton) participated in the Scamdemic. I love Hilton and the Hotel Brand though.

It was near several restaurants and stores. close to the airport.

absolutely terrible Wi-Fi; nothing was complimentary, there was only one paper cup for the in room coffee machine.

The staff at this hotel are heroes! My 14 yr old son was traveling along and his flight was cancelled requiring him to stay overnight. They were able to help a very nervous young traveler feel comfortable and assure anxious parents that he would be well taken care of. They really went above and beyond in a challenging situation and we are immensely grateful. The staff here is really a standout. They handle so much already and were able to provide a little extra care. Thanks for all that you do.

In a not so great part of town but it is gated in so it felt pretty safe.

Spacious and comfortable room met all our needs for a quick overnight stay. The front desk was very helpful in helping us plan for a shuttle ride to the airport the next morning.
