While ordering the room the lady was telling me about the extra charges that was no problem. When my spouse came and asked me did he have to pay for parking I asked the service representative she told me yes I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when she was telling me about the other extra charges she told me because I didn’t know you had a car. She never asked me if I did or didn’t have a vehicle.She told me that she will charge me $24 for each car and that will come out my refundable deposit. I don’t want this happening to anyone else. The parking lot was also flooded.

friendly stuff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location, bus shuttle to airport, friendly bus drivers.

un able to watch Netflix, it was not included in the room tv , and can not download other channels. noise from the dogs in the next rooms, a lot of dogs were in the hotel. same breakfast every day, no omlet or sunny side eggs, no mushrooms or beans, broccoli, etc expensive laundry detergent 2$ for a very small box if you buy from front desk.

it was clean, the staff was friendly, amd the free breakfast was good. the eggs in particular were surprisingly good. usually buffet style scrambled eggs are dry, but these were perfect

no real complaints. the first day, the layout was a little confusing, but that was likely due to sleep deprivation. I couldn't figure out one of the light switches, but we didn't need any more light, so it didn't really matter enough for me to ask to find out

Booked here at very short notice after a delay to our onward travel plans. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The location was superb as very close to the airport with a free shuttle service and lots of options within walking distance for eating and drinking. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was a good limited selection to help you on your way. Beds extremely comfortable

Only slight downside was that it was on a busy intersection that was quite loud, the traffic noise did die down around 10pm but started to get busy again around 4.30am, luckily we had an early flight so was due up around this time anyway but could potentially affect light sleepers

A good size room which was warm and comfortable with large beds. The shower was hot and the TV was a good size for the room. There was a cosy communal lounge to relax in and free coffee available all day. Location was good for bus 54B to Midway across the road. Plenty of choices to eat in the area, Taco Bell, Fridays etc.

Breakfast choices were limited but adequate although tasty and well cooked. Would have liked a 10am breakfast on weekdays, not just weekend.

Quietness, cleanliness, decent breakfast which was included. Staff was pleasant, & readily available to assist you. The bed was comfortable with clean, & crisp linen. Have stayed at Sleep Inn many times over the years & have never been disappointed!😊

The pillows! Too small & soft. .... The bathroom had a leak from above room. Staff were notified. We were compensated financially for our inconvenience of the presence of the leak.

Hotel was nice for the most part. The breakfast was good! Plenty of options for all diets. Quiet in the room even though busy traffic right outside.

It was kind of expensive for not having a pool/hottub but it was quiet place to sleep

it was close to the airport, the staff was very nice, the complimentary breakfast was basic but well done. the availability of outlets and the mini fridge were convenient. overall it just felt relaxing to be there, like I wasn’t without the ability to launder my clothes or store leftovers. I felt content.

the closeness to the highway meant that my bed near the window had a lot of highway noise at night. the shower door could have used a rubber seal so it would not leak onto the bathroom floor, easy to cleanup but annoying. the toilet paper holder needed to be recaulked as a part of it fell.

That I was in clean. Area peaceful area and I slept great

When I came to check in the young lady gave me wrong key door in which I went all way to 3rd floor for nothing that was very rude and unprofessional she need to work on that or go to some training classes smh 🤦‍♂️
