Booked here at very short notice after a delay to our onward travel plans. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The location was superb as very close to the airport with a free shuttle service and lots of options within walking distance for eating and drinking. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was a good limited selection to help you on your way. Beds extremely comfortable

Only slight downside was that it was on a busy intersection that was quite loud, the traffic noise did die down around 10pm but started to get busy again around 4.30am, luckily we had an early flight so was due up around this time anyway but could potentially affect light sleepers

Quietness, cleanliness, decent breakfast which was included. Staff was pleasant, & readily available to assist you. The bed was comfortable with clean, & crisp linen. Have stayed at Sleep Inn many times over the years & have never been disappointed!😊

The pillows! Too small & soft. .... The bathroom had a leak from above room. Staff were notified. We were compensated financially for our inconvenience of the presence of the leak.

it was close to the airport, the staff was very nice, the complimentary breakfast was basic but well done. the availability of outlets and the mini fridge were convenient. overall it just felt relaxing to be there, like I wasn’t without the ability to launder my clothes or store leftovers. I felt content.

the closeness to the highway meant that my bed near the window had a lot of highway noise at night. the shower door could have used a rubber seal so it would not leak onto the bathroom floor, easy to cleanup but annoying. the toilet paper holder needed to be recaulked as a part of it fell.

Due to weather related conditions, our flight was delayed and we chose to fly home the next day because we needed sleep in a comfortable bed. The Sleep Inn gave us exactly what we needed, a comfortable bed. We slept well and got the rest we needed before continuing our journey. The sitting room off the lobby was also very homey and comfortable.

The price was competitive, but very expensive.

It was very clean and quiet most of the time the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay immensely. I will definitely be back if I need to crash after leaving the airport!

I did have to inform the staff twice that I would be checking out late and there was a phone call at 6:30 AM, but the breakfast was so great it made up for it!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small but CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE overall. We requested a corner room on a high floor and they staff was accomodationing. I had no complaints about the room. However, $75 hold for incidentals in this hotel is a bit excessive. But that isn't on the staff.

$75 for incidentals. Plz lower to $50 and too long of a wait to get the money held back.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good, convenient location really close to the airport and within 20 min of concert venues and China town .

there was no microwave or fridge in my room, had to pay extra 25$ a day for parking

We have stayed at this location twice recently and have enjoyed it both times. The staff has been most friendly and helpful, the rooms have been great and the breakfasts have been very good. We appreciated the great location and used the 24 hour shuttle service.

It was a very quiet room, everything inside the room was clean and neat. We loved the breakfast. The waffles were so tasty and it was really convenient for us that it was near Midway Airport. They offer a free of charge shuttle to transfer you from and to the airport.

I didn't like that the carpet on the corridors of the hotel was a bit dirty. That was the only thing I didn't like.

I thought the breakfast was phenomenal and I didn’t want to leave but I had to of course. I will definitely rebook a room when I can for another getaway!!!

Nothing really everything was perfect and if I had a issue it was handled in a timely matter.
