I was surprised to see fridge and microwave inside the room Cleanliness of room on every other day fabulous Security check and card access

Wifi was not connecting for more than 6 hours Then i requested and they restarted the router, after that there wasn't any issue TV scene wasn't too big Chair in the room wasn't comfortable Sink in washroom had a lid which I had to remove all the time to drain water

Rooms were clean and stocked. We were able to quickly get settled and asleep, We had to check in late at night and they were quick to get us set up,

The heating unit was loud and could startle me at night. We were up early and breakfast was a bit sparse. Ice machine was not working on first floor. There was an icy rain storm and coming in the walkways were not fully cleared or salted.

The lobby area would benefit from sprucing up--the desk is missing some molding toward the bottom and the wall paint looks faded and old. The carpet needs replacing. The room was just about perfect--I had a small single queen room. The furnishings looked good--great color blocked curtains that kept the room fully dark. The towels are old and thin--need an upgrade!

Cleanness of the hotel and "No Pets Allowed" policy. Some people have allergy to fur, sweat of pets, bugs, larve, worms and their eggs etc. And it is so nice that Microtel Inn hotel understands that humans space and beds are not for pets. Pets shall be staying at animals' hotels. Hotel rooms needs renovation.

We booked a room in advance and arrived at 9PM. We were given a room keys upon our arrival. We entered our room. Room was dirty after previous customers. Is it really welcome? Room was not prepared for the next customers. This is highly unacceptable and customers shall get a compensation for such unacceptableand unprofessional welcome of customers. We went again back to a lobby and reported. Does hotel aware how many clean rooms have or not or this is habit of welcoming of out of states customers.

Its better than I expected, the room was big with a comfortable bed, I recommend and I would even come back

If they are not quiet you can hear the people talking in the other room

Claudia and Tom are amazing... whoever the white guy is with the gray hair that sits at the front desk and stares at you as you go back and forth and never opens his mouth and conducts himself as a front desk worker he would be the only complaint they need to put him in the back somewhere because he is not welcoming

Booked our room when we were driving through Illinois. The price was great and we were very pleased with the location (no road noise),the whole hotel was a pleasant surprise! Definitely on our return list.

The breakfast wasn’t much but we didn’t expect anything elaborate.

Clean as would be expected

Seemed a little run down. Damaged doors and door jams looked like they were pried open at one time or another. Did not make you feel safe if doors are damaged ck door 103 for reference

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was right off the highway, but far from the downtown. Fortunately there was a wide selection of strip malls, restaurants, a super market reasonably close. The hotel staff members were helpful in providing directions and local information.

Although the rooms seemed to have been recently renovated, they were almost 'too' cozy. Counter space was tight in the bedroom and bathroom so that eating and using my laptop at the same time was a challenge. The breakfast was very basic, but satisfactory for the low room rate.

Breakfast was very light but for the price it was adequate for sure. Very clean rooms and just very nice all in all. Easy access to the highway with like no traffic to get there.

Check in guy was extremely grumpy like we were bothering him being there. Rest of the staff, except for the guy we checked out with didn't smile or anything. Check guy was very friendly.
