Cleanness of the hotel and "No Pets Allowed" policy. Some people have allergy to fur, sweat of pets, bugs, larve, worms and their eggs etc. And it is so nice that Microtel Inn hotel understands that humans space and beds are not for pets. Pets shall be staying at animals' hotels. Hotel rooms needs renovation.

We booked a room in advance and arrived at 9PM. We were given a room keys upon our arrival. We entered our room. Room was dirty after previous customers. Is it really welcome? Room was not prepared for the next customers. This is highly unacceptable and customers shall get a compensation for such unacceptableand unprofessional welcome of customers. We went again back to a lobby and reported. Does hotel aware how many clean rooms have or not or this is habit of welcoming of out of states customers.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was right off the highway, but far from the downtown. Fortunately there was a wide selection of strip malls, restaurants, a super market reasonably close. The hotel staff members were helpful in providing directions and local information.

Although the rooms seemed to have been recently renovated, they were almost 'too' cozy. Counter space was tight in the bedroom and bathroom so that eating and using my laptop at the same time was a challenge. The breakfast was very basic, but satisfactory for the low room rate.

Breakfast was very light but for the price it was adequate for sure. Very clean rooms and just very nice all in all. Easy access to the highway with like no traffic to get there.

Check in guy was extremely grumpy like we were bothering him being there. Rest of the staff, except for the guy we checked out with didn't smile or anything. Check guy was very friendly.

Comfy bed, well lit room, and a solid breakfast offering at a reasonable price. The lady at the desk was extra nice and went the extra mile to get us a room with a refrigerator that met our special needs.

Location is a bit out of the way, but our GPS got us there without difficulty.

the property was spotless and well maintained. The evening staff (women) was especially kind and helpful to me

SQUAT TOILET… why do hotels keep the tiny short old style squat toilets?? Bath tub could use grab bars to make them more safe for older/handicapped guests GRAB/GO breakfast was healthy but minimal :-(

Great customer service, I'm very disappointed that the smoking rooms were discontinued.

The fact that the day before I came that the smoking the rooms were discontinued and that's exactly what I booked so it'd be it gave me an additional hardship..

I was worried that this hotel would feel so small and cramped, but it honestly felt like home. Right when we opened the door to our room, it immediately smelt clean, and looked so fresh! Everything was so inviting and it felt so comfortable. I’m so happy my budget had me look into this gem, I would love to stay again!

Nice room, quiet and peaceful

The so called breakfast, tiny muffins, small packets of oatmeal, small yogurt and juice. With what we paid it should be better. Oh and for some reason my Wyndham number didn't get in 😕

The breakfast was good. The hotel was alittle off the beaten path but it was quiet and in a safe location. I liked the fact that there were cameras to view the property. Everything was nice and clean.

Location fantastic staff brilliant, room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable for the price you cannot complain, we are staying again on route back to Chicago on the way back to the uk..
