There was no breakfast. There were shops and grocery store (Whole Foods) 1 block away

There was a parking lot on premises but parking was not an option. I had to pay $65.00 to park in a garage 12 blocks from the Kasa unit. There was no in and out privileges , therefore we had no access to our car during the entire stay. No parking would keep me from considering staying at a Kasa property in the future. I strongly recommend giving parking capabilities at Kasa properties.!!

Great apartment in a very good location. Easy walk to the Magnificent Mile and the 360 Observation Deck, but also walkable to Navy Pier and the River Walk. We basically walked everywhere..., but there's also a subway station only a block away. In the apartment itself, everything you need was provided - from soap via coffee to dishwasher tabs - really everything was there! Highly appreciated! The king-sized bed was very comfortable, too. We loved the fact that the apartment had a balcony. A good place to start your day with a coffee in the morning and wind down at night after a busy day...

The windows were very dirty, which was a shame with that view. One evening, the internet was down completely.

This location is perfect for downtown walking, blocks from Michigan av, restaurants and all the shopping you ever wanted. It was our 23 wedding anniversary, I Mentioned it when speaking with staff after booking.We arrived to a beautiful bouquet of extravagant flowers with a hand written card wishing us happy anniversary from Kasa. The view from the balcony was breath taking and apt so.spacious we enjoyed a day in with delivery. The front desk gentleman for the building was so personable and helpful. It is worth the money vs a chain hotel.

We did have to buy more batteries for the remote, we couldn't turn the TV. Off. Worked perfect after replacing and were able to take the package home..same ssue there .

Quiet, nicer part and pretty part of town, felt very safe. the luggage storage options when we checked in and out was great since we came early and left later then checkin and checkout. The kasa guy was very helpful and friendly. The beds were awesome and most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathrooms were very spacious. Very clean and modern place.

Chevron was considering because we didn’t realize kasa was a separate thing from tje other side of the place and the desk was not marked very well that we needed to check in at that front desk. we waited for the ladies at the front desk not knowing if you are a kasa guest that needs to be done differently. In big bold print a go here sign for kasa guests posted someplace. Some of the ladies at the front desk for the apartment complex part were not very friendly or helpful like the kasa guy.

Check in process was a bit messy, we had to call nearly a dozen time to get clarification on early check in. Even though we landed at 7 am after a long flight and asked in advance for early check in we were alloted room at 330 pm .. and recieved a message at 3 pm stating that room was ready to check in at 12.

Good location, easy to reach from airport by public transport. Close to the downtown and touristic attractions. Good grocery store on the next street. Flat is clean, all facilities functioning. Extra pillows and blankets available in wardrobe. Good view from balcony. Bed is quite comfortable. Kitchen if well equipped.

If you need to contact host use the link to online chat and not the text message - no one answer text messages although this way of contacting mentioned as valid. a bit noisy because of conditioning equipment outside, but still possible to sleep with window open. It were cold days while my stay, but heating did not work. Washing machine and dryer do not available.

We stayed for 5 nights at Kasa Magnificent mile. The studio unit was spacious, clean with excellent layout. Kitchen and bathroom are very good size, especially the kitchen with lots of counter space & full size fridge. Everything we need is available for our stay and I would say for extended stay. The location is ideal, we walk everywhere. The check-in, check-out process was easy and concierge or phone’s help is readily available. I strongly recommend Kasa and would stay Kasa again. I felt the price was reasonable and good value for the size and location of the unit

perfect location. Walking distance to just about anything. The property also neighbors a dog daycare/dog walking service on the first floor of the building which is super convenient for anyone booking an extended stay, and is bringing their pup:) The company was super accommodating, as I came in for a last-minute work trip. There was a Kasa staff member on site when I arrived who was able to give me a quick run down of the building and even helped with my luggage. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and likely will in the near future:)

I honestly can’t think of anything that needed improvement. The whole process was very seamless.

I loved staying at the kasa that I booked. The views were amazing, windows in every room made the place very spacious. The staff was very friendly, I lost my necklace and they found it and shipped it back to me and everyone was very helpful.

I think the cost was a bit pricy but then again it is Chicago. My kasa came with two rooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony, there was also a pull out couch in the living room, so overall i think it was worth it once I had got there!

Great location, clean, friendly staff, GREAT views. I loved our Kasa!!!!

The only downfall was the check in time — our flight was moved from noon to 6am and that really threw off the day. I emailed Kasa as soon as I received the flight notification and they were unable to be accommodating even a little. Moving forward I would highly suggest looking into alternative plans for people in the same situation as I and my friend were in, as we planned to go straight to our Kasa then ended up having to work out of the airport all day because we could not check in prior to 3PM.
