Breakfast was lovely and staff were great!

We did ask for the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t and one other issue was that we were under the impression before from the description that there was a sofa bed in the living room which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel however when we arrived it was just a regular sofa.

The staff was amazing, and it’s in a perfect location.

We were a like sad there wasn’t a pool.

The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with every question and need I had. My room was very nice. Thank you for providing a blow dryer in the bathroom along with soap and creams. Loved your bottled water! Great location of the Omni and the availability of Taxi service out front.

The cost of buying Diet Coke at the front desk was very expensive per bottle. I was shocked at the price. It was more than I ever paid for a bottle of soda.

The hotel is a great location! We were able to walk to many restaurants and main attractions downtown. I enjoyed being able to come back to rest, and refresh between activities. The room was very nice, spacious, and had amazing views of the city. The staff gave us a helpful list of restaurants and activities in the area, there really is much to do.

I really wish a late checkout could have been honored. The hotel doesn't have any workstations, so it would have been nice to finish up business in the room. But the lobby area had great wifi at least!

Location, food at hotel restaurant was delicious. Dena, Adrian and Santino were AMAZING, friendly and hospitable. Greeted us every time and gave great recommendations for dining selections within the hotel as well as offsite. I would definitely recommend the Hotel after this experience and love to see their friendly faces again on my next visit. When calling down for extra towels, toliet paper etc house keeping was quick, valet service attendants were very friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the staff at the Omni. I travel extensively and was glad I chose the Omni for my stay... as the quality in the staff is not always present at other hotels.

Wish the rooms would have bottled water in the mini bar and/or a bigger selection of snacks/drinks at the snack shop.

Room had a direct view Michigan Avenue to the North, You could see the entire John Hancock Center along with the water tower mall. Really excellent location. Staff was 10/10, Not a single thing done wrong this past weekend. Deserved every tip I could give. I'm usually very harsh on hotels and this hotel passed my bar. Very clean, the staff added a Christmas tree to our room and was above and beyond in making my family feel at home. We stay at the hotel with out 2 daughters and they had the time of their lives despite the cold weather outside. The large Christmas trees throughout the lobby made for the best photos as well.

Only reason for 9/10 is the Window side of the bed. vents are not at the window so there are just a few cold spots next to the beds that have windows next to them.

the was a lot of noise outside that we could hear. police , ambulance and hot rods. out of the control of the hotel but still loud

The early checkin and no charge was greatly appreciated. The complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were an unexpected treat as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Staff was professional, friendly and personable.

Bed had a dip in it so not comfortable enough for me, but my spouse slept like a baby and loved it. K-cup brewer had some organic growth in the reservoir due to not being serviced which was a bummer as I like my morning coffee.

You simply can't beat the location. The hotel is very clean and the staff was super friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are well-laid out and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The elevator is rather noisy. It didn't really bother us, but you can definitely hear it. If this sort of thing gets under your skin, I would suggest staying in a room as far away from it as possible.

On arrival our room had not been prepared. Furniture was not in place and windows were open on a very cold night. it looked like they cleaned and vacuumed then forgot to finish. The valet was poorly staffed After midnight on Saturday night, when many were still going out and returning. Returning from a show at 12:15 am we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a valet to park our car, with no signs about valet hours, how to contact them, etc. I think there was only 1 person working and the parking ramp they use is several blocks away. My partner had to go to the front desk on the 3rd floor to see if the valet parking was still staffed.
