The location was very good for restaurants, bars, shopping. Walkable to Rush St to the north as well as south loop, riverwalk and mag mile. I'm originally from Chicago so knew exactly where everything was.

The unit was not very well furnished. Don't know how anyone could stay here longer than a week. There were no extra blankets, sheets, towels. There was one dish towel. Granted there was a wash machine but I didn't come here to do wash. On the description it said there was ironing facilities, but didn't have an iron. When I texted them they replied that they would try to find one? but never did. It was, however, very clean & it was ok for my stay.

Perfect location for walking to just about anything, including transit. Unit had everything you’d want for a slightly longer stay where you don’t mind cooking breakfast and other other simple things. Staff was SUPER responsive via the Somder app!

Our second floor view was of a Walgreens drive through. I can imagine thé top floor views would have been great. Our main fridge was working, but there was a bar fridge there upon arrival that fit our needs. The walls looked like they could use a magic eraser.

Overall we enjoyed the facility and location. It was good for our needs, however the value is not great especially given the huge additional cost to park. It was definitely not the most inexpensive option and I know we could have paid more, but we would likely look for a different place that offers parking or at least is a little less expensive to accommodate parking.

Parking

Absolutely fantastic property. Perfect location for walking around the city. So clean. Plenty of fresh towels, kitchen towels, even salt and pepper etc and facilities for washing clothes including detergent! Check in was contactless and there are even lockers to store your luggage after check out.

Only suggestion would be small mirror in bedroom and 1 full length mirror! ☺️

Location of apartment is perfect for exploring Chicago. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well fitted out. Check in and check out were seamless. Couldn't have been easier. Would definitely come back here if visiting Chicago again

Air-con was very noisy and was thermostatically controlled with no manual override possible, turning itself on and off throughout the whole day . However it did maintain a perfect temperature in the apartment.

it’s a huge place, very well located, nice neighborhood. it’s near to greatest market places. it’s clean, with all equipment you need to stay comfortable. Linens are good quality. kitchens equipment are in great condition.

in the closets of the rooms, there is a lack of lower shelves

Loved the skyline, location to everything, and the cute furnishings. Security and privacy were amazing as well. It was perfect for us (couple) and our exchange student.

Can’t think of much. My exchange by text (one time) was confused by what I imagine was someone who is not totally fluent in English, but no real problems.

The apartment is bright and comfy. Location is good. Not too close to city centre and yet not too far. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Pretty noisy on weekends (especially at midnight). No cleaning service no matter how long you stay.

The rooms were very cute and had all the essentials you would need. The location was great. It was very clean. Having free lockers to store luggage in was a great perk. The check in process was easy.

The bedrooms were rather small. It kind of stinks that you have to pay per hour that you check in early.

The location was convenient to all attractions. We were able to walk to all of them. The furthest attraction was less than 3 miles.

The description says it can fit up to 6 people but in my opinion 5 people should be the max. It's hard to sleep with 6 people in these two rooms condo
