Loved the location of the hotel on Michigan Ave close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and luxurious. Check in with Isaac was a nice experience after traveling. He was friendly and made us feel welcome. All of the hotel staff were friendly and respectful.

I felt the room service menu was limited. I understand limited menus during a pandemic however adult desserts are nice when returning to the hotel after a dinner out.

Fantastic staff, the best location, beautiful room. The service is fantastic, yet done so effortlessly. We loved staying at the Peninsula and are desperate to come back, and we’ve only just left. Thanks to everyone, and to Isaac on the front desk in particular.

The property was in a great location, right off of the Magnificent Mile. The room was clean with all of the required amenities and a well stocked mini bar. The technology was over the top. Three (3) iPad devices in one (1) room!

The breakfast was excessively expensive despite heing average. The service was also lacking.

My room was very beautiful, I loved the sound system and the choice of music on the "Radio." The food was great, the pool and sundeck were fantastic, also nice work out room and the spa is lovely.

I thought the waiting area for the spa was not very relaxing. Why isn't there a regular relaxation room?

The amenities in the room were excellent. The room itself could have been bigger but it was luxurious with a city view. The hotel has an elegant ambience tailored for those who like the finer features and hospitality.

Ice machines accessible by customers. I do not like to wait or call room service frequently.

Breakfast and lunches in the lobby were great. Service was excellent. Really enjoyed Z Bar, the rooftop bar, great views and excellent cocktails. Concierge, Gary, was very helpful.

The best sleep I've had in months! Everything was top notch including the dog services! Several special treats were given since it was my birthday. Book your stay already!

A wonderful getaway to celebrate our five year anniversary. Although our stay was during the pandemic, we felt safe at all times and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Our suite was spacious, beautiful, and luxurious.

Although the host at Z Bar was very accommodating the first night of our stay by finding us a table without a wait--the second night we waited over an hour for a table and ultimately ended up having a cocktail in our room instead. Understandable due to limited capacity of the bar and safety regulations, just disappointing.
