They never paid back my deposit of 1350usd

Breakfast was delicious, and the on-site parking was convenient. I liked the idea of the pool - which is why I booked the property - but never actually wound up going to the pool. The suite was comfortable, the beds were nice, and a double bed room which I prebooked was actually available, which hasn't always been the case at all properties. The location was great, very close to downtown and the theater district.

The eggs were runny at breakfast and there was a constant race for seating during the breakfast hours, and a constant wait for elevators. While the on-site parking was super convenient, the charge seemed excessive. Check in (and check out, and a brief stop to the lobby convenience rack for forgotten toothpaste) took a long time as there was only one person working the front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. The atrium in the center is really nice with lots of sitting areas. Breakfast was great, they had almost everything to pick from, hot eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fruits, oatmeal etc. and there were plenty of tables at the atrium. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner wall pumps which was nice. The staff was friendly.

Just a couple of things to note, the cocktail line for the free drinks was way to long, not sure if it was just because it was the weekend. It would be more appealing and relaxing if they were able to have more than one bartender preparing the drinks so there wouldn't be such a long line. Also, it would have been nice to also have coffee, tea or hot chocolate available during the cocktail time since not everyone drinks alcohol. And lastly, the elevators were a bit over crowded during breakfast hours, it was impossible to get on one, so the tip is you have to take it up to go down or down to go up -otherwise you'll never get in.

The breakfast and catering staff were amazing. The happy hour was a real bonus.

The bar shut after the happy hour. Stay open, and you would make a lot of money as a hotel bar. We were a party of ten who wanted to chill at the hotel. We couldn't go to the bar/ restaurant downstairs as it was always booked for functions, so we ended up going to the supermarket on the next block and drinking in the lobby. That was fine, no one saw or minded but what a shame we could have put a lot of money in the till.

Location, ample breakfast, free cocktails, comfy bed, living room plus bedroom, clean, friendly staff, Italian restaurant & Starbucks on site (handy in bad weather), Whole Foods & Trader Joe's within walking distance, likewise the subway and shops.

Pool was freezing, too cold to use. Parking is EXTORTIONATE! They required $600 security deposit up front. We stayed 6 days, only $125 refunded given the rest went to parking!

The made-to-order breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring Chicago. The room was spacious.

I felt like I was bothering the front desk personnel each time I had a question. The bathroom had a strong mildew smell, like when clothes get wet and don't dry properly.

Beautiful place! It’s the second time that me and my family has stayed at that location and we just love it. The breakfast is incredible, so much to eat and choose from and love the happy hour. It’s great for the family to unwind.

We stood there for the Holidays and everything for the most part was fantastic but I just want to add that for New Year’s they should have done something for everyone. Also most of the times I tried calling the front desk, no one would answer.

ROOM, was adequate, cosy, but no kettle for us Tea loving Brits. The advice was to microwave to water, lol. LOCATION, was brilliant, just a short walk to the main attractions, heading in all directions. BREAKFAST, was ok, not the best for choice, I've had better, but plenty of. However, the Yanks dont do Brown Sauce or Baked Beans.

Once breakfast is over, the restaurant area closes, but theres no facilities for making your own tea/coffee or soft drinks. We're not big drinkers, but the hotel was missing a Bar. They did offer 2 x free drinks per adult for their happy hour, but they are missing a nice communal area to chill with a drink before bed. The lifts are a pain, especially at busy times, breakfast and arrivals, but there is 4 of them, so we didn't have to wait too long

The staff was amazing- the valet who took our bags was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean. The morning coffee was tasty. The breakfast was good also

We were at the back of the hotel with a view of the garage. Not an issue since we weren't staying at this hotel for the view. Our first night stay at 4:37 a.m. The garbage truck came to empty all of the dumpsters so all the banging and the beeping four times. On our second night at 4:00 in the morning somebody's car alarm went off in the garage. Thankfully not for a long period of time.
