The room was beautiful. The property was in an ideal location and that dual/ceiling shower is too die for.

The staff member would checked me in didn’t want to help me he took pleasure informing me about every bump in the road I was having my form of payment was denied 3 times so I was getting worried. He’d seen my ID how and far I was from home he was smug and holding back laughter as my level of frustration and fear increased. instead of just saying which card I could use, he continue to deny each form of payment to discourage me and give me a horribly stressful experience. I came outside to call booking.com my husband went in to see if he could help and a different man was seated at the desk who helped him right away

3 blocks from the red line, plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious room for a metro area.

Only complaint is the pillows were very flat.

The staff was awesome. From the reception to concierge and bell desk, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The view from the room was incredible. The restaurant and bar inside the hotel are closed, but the seating space is still offered as an area to sit/work after check-out.

The lobby on the first floor is under construction and the ambiance of the common areas is a bit strange. Once construction is complete, I'm sure it will be amazing!

My early arrival met with unexpected pluses! I was upgraded to a penthouse room around 11 AM! The view from the 25th floor of Eurostars was quite breathtaking and a delightful feature of my stay. The hotel was quiet, well laid out and convenient to the heart of Chicago. I would return to Eurostars Magnificent Mile, Chicago! The service staff was exceptionally friendly, proficient and kind. Thank you and kudos to housekeeping staff!!!

It would beneficial and convenient for clients to have microwaves and refrigerators in the room. Although I ate out most of my five day stay, I would have liked to savor a few items like FRUIT, HEMP milk and other products that are NOT readily available - even in a City like Chicago - when one travels!

Check in process, our flight arrived several hours late, we were tired and the front desk person wanted to bicker with me that we did not have a reservation and attempted to turn us away. If I had not changed my tone and asserted myself we would not been checked in. Unacceptable period. That desk person was an anomaly compared to the other staff working the front desk. The cleaning personnel each morning slammed the doors of rooms the were cleaning even though we had “do not disturb” hanging. It was an obviously move by them to wake us up so they could do their work. Rude period.

Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Everytime we returned to the hotel, elevator was called for us as we were arriving, we were greeted, asked if we needed anything, etc. Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Towels were oversized and thick. Toiletries were good quality. Hotel was quiet. Fabulous nights sleep. Location is great. Centrally located to much of the shopping, great places to eat, entertainment. Can't say enough about how nice the staff were.

Furniture was a little worn, cleaning was not exceptional i.e. there was a lot of dust and debris under the vanity in the bathroom and the bureau in the room. Keurig was very dirty and full of coffee grounds. We had to clean it out as it had not been done in some time.

EXCELLENT - RECOMMEND! I found here more than I wanted. I felt like home. Excellent price! New investments for 5 stars. Spacious, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, gym,very good restaurant, excellent location for: shopping, safe walks, incredible architecture. I will definitely come back here! How much I'm picky, I didn't think I'd ever give a 10 to any hotel. This hotel got 10. The city is beautiful and clean, I was very impressed 🥳🤗🥰

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING. And, believe me, I'm not easy to please 😅

The staff, all with no exception, were super helpful and kind...big thanks the manager who was at the front desk at the time of checking in. Early check in and an upgrade to magnificent and panoramic room 1902. The room was spacious, all facilities in (except paid bottled water), and the bed was super comfy. Breafast, via voucher from front the desk if your reservation is with breakfast, was pretty good with nice atmosphere. Ivhand late check out and spend some time in thevreck area...bery relaxing to read a bood from the hige assortments spread in the huge seating area. Well done and thank you all

On one of the days, the housekeeping knocked on the door for cleaning at 8 am!!! (imagine this came after hours of attempts to sleep due to jetlag). Bottled water costs nothing and it's a common practice nowadays to offer it free across 1-5 hotels. It would be nice to re-assess.

Got a room on the second-from-top floor, which was a nice perk considering I didn't book the most expensive type of room. Inside of the room was clean and comfortable. Elevators were very fast. Close to transport and lots of dining options.

The outside of the windows hadn't been cleaned properly, so the view was pretty poor. The room had a see-through glass panel between the bed and the shower – but that's not the weird part: the weird part was the privacy curtain for the shower was on the bed side of the room, giving you no control over your privacy when you're in the bathroom.

Location is great- 2 blocks from metro and walking distance to touristic areas. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was lovely. Air con/heating easy to control. Safe and staff all very friendly

Couldn't open the window so hard to air out the room. No breakfast included. The spa was closed from Sunday to Wednesday- so couldn't use the sauna- this wasn't advertised and really should be open every day. No rooftop- seems there used to be one and it's closed now.
