the property was clean and felt safe for families

the air conditioning would turn all the way off after it reached it temperature and would make an elephant sound until it would turn back on again. it was very distracting and interrupted sleep. also when we checked in, the front desk said we can call for housekeeping whenever we needed. when I called housekeeping they sounded annoyed and said I should have arranged that with the front desk but they will “try and fit me in” which they did. it was annoying feeling like a burden when I was doing what I was told to do by their own staff.

No one told us that you had to order to get your room cleaned 24 hours before you needed it cleaned. We got back to the hotel from a long day out at 1030 and had no towels to shower with and no replacement coffee. I called the hotel services and was told I needed to ask for my roo. To be cleaned q4 hours before I needed it cleaned. This was not in any of the emails, the front desk never told me this and it was not posted in the room. It also took about an hour to get towels and coffee was never brought to the room. And by then our trash was overflowing.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great area for access to restaurants and shops. The staff was very nice. The lobby is nice, although not too big. The hallway was quiet and we did not hear any noise from other rooms.

Even though we were on the 20th floor, the street noise was loud. Sometimes we could hear voices of the people outside. Parking was very expensive even though the website said it would be $40 a day, it was more. Didn’t like not having a valet. We had to drive around the block to a self park.

Staff friendly and helpful, room well equipped, like the bathroom soap, shampoo, lotion facility, location very convenient, bed comfortable, but they still haven't fixed the 'frame sticks out and bashes your knee if you get too close' problem which has been constant for many years!

More clarity over early check in fee, more clarity over the room servicing arrangements - slightly confusing mixed messages.

Location was incredible and added to our enjoyment of the city. We loved the ability to call a taxi using curb and it arrived in 3 minutes. We were glad to be able to leave our bags when we checked out. It was fabulous to have a fridge and a microwave so we could safely store left over pizza and then re-heat it later in the day.

You have to wait a long time for lifts as we must have been trying to get to and from our room at peak times and if we had questions there was usually only one person on the desk who was extremely hard working but usually checking people in or out.

i loved how everything is in close proximity to the hotel. walking distance to literally anything you need and attractions you want to go to. First time being in Chicago and this hotel made me comfortable.

only thing i did not like is the pillows, they need an update, ice machine on our floor didn’t work. ambulances and fire trucks that go on all night, not the hotels fault but just a fair warning for light sleepers like me but still great stay. breakfast was not included in stay either which sucked but gave us more chances to discover stuff around.

The parking garage is attached, but it is not just for the hotel. We had to walk outside to get to the elevators for the parking garage so it made bringing in our things tough. The staff didn’t explain this to us and it took us time to figure out how to get from the garage to the hotel. Nice hotel otherwise.

The lady who made the check in , not very kind , the pool last day was dirty and not warm and the room was kind of small the closet doors and bathroom door crashed if I opened at the same time , it was kind of dark I was trying to get ready for an event so that was very uncomfortable it only had 2 lamps and one light by the entrance I had to get ready in the bathroom but the doors were a pain , the coffee not so good , they need an update it's old

This hotel is centrally located and the train station is only a few steps away. I liked that there were so many shops and restaurants nearby. I'm from NY so I'm used to walking and I was able to walk to many of the places. The room was a good size and it had a mini fridge and microwave. There's also a restaurant in the hotel that you can order room service or just dine in.

The check-in process was a bit slow. There was a huge line and only 2 people working the front desk. They could have had more people assisting with checking guests in.
