The property was gorgeous. We loved the common entertainment spaces such as the game room and pool area. The apartment/suite that we stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. Despite the city location, there was little to no city noise. This property is in Old Town, which is a fun area of the city with many restaurants, bars, and shops.

We had to have our keys reprogrammed four different times throughout our two night stay. This meant having to leave the elevator or trek all the way back to the lobby from the hallway in front of our apartment/suite when the key did not work. Because there was at least one out of order elevator, the wait times for elevators and the lines for the elevators were really long. The elevator and key situation was inconvenient.

it would be nice if there were a few things ready in the apartment before guests arrive- bottles of water, laundry detergent, and equally important it was a little strange that housekeeping never cleaned nor asked to take out any of our garbage or recycling for the 5 days we stayed there. there’s basically no housekeeping only towel drop off.

I like that the unit had alot of amenities. a fridge mini oven, microwave, in unit washer, great view, and only five minutes away from the place we grabbed dinner.

luxury building. The apartment was gorgeous. The floor to ceiling windows. The view. The location.

The front desk people could be better. I forgot my key so I couldn’t use the elevator from the 12 th floor. I couldn’t get back into my room bec of no key and I was stuck. I called my husband who was already down waiting for me in the car. He asked the front desk to send someone to release the elevator and the girl at the front said no figure it out on your own. My husband had to depart the car and go back up to the 12 th floor to get me down. I think this was terrible.

The property was beautiful and everything that i could have asked for. The location was perfect and central to a nice strip of Chicago where bars/food/shops are located. The staff was nice and the room was clean/ spacious and upbeat. There was several amenities and even luggage holding when waiting for check-in time. It’s amazing how this apartment can rent out to people as well as leasing. i would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like how the rooms were listed as balcony rooms but the room we stayed in that we chose specifically for a balcony did not have a balcony. It was an extended window you could stick your head out of but it was not a full walk out balcony as described and listed.

The Level is apartment living at its finest with over 750 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean space, including a killer skyline view with balcony, a separate bedroom with king bed, full granite kitchen with chef’s stove, fridge and dishwasher, big bathroom, walk-in closet, combo living/dining room and in-unit washer-dryer. The Level is close to hip shops and restaurants in Old Town and 2 blocks from the red line subway stop. The amenities abound with a full fitness center, sauna and steam room, not to mention a pool and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this place with the highest score! We loved it and will be back again!!

The ambiance of the whole building and room was beautiful. The pool, outdoor areas, and gaming room were awesome.

The hallway (especially in front of my room door) was badly littered when I arrived and overnight until I complained about it. I traveled with my children who were utilizing the sofabed, but I had to ask for linen for the sofabed (Why? When my reservation clearly states 2 adults and 2 children) My cards kept not working. I had to go to the desk 3 times for them to fix it.

What an impressive place to stay! So much better than staying at a hotel. We had room to stretch out, have separate rooms, and places to store our clothes. The view was incredible and the balcony was great. The amenities are what really made our stay special. After a long day at a trade show it was great to come back, play some ping pong and bowling, and relax in the steam room. Staff were friendly and welcoming and check-in was smooth. There are Peloton bikes in the gym!!!! So I was able to login to my account and ride to my favourite classes.

Wifi in the room is super slow. There's no wifi in the gym area, so I had to stream my workout classes over cellular signal, which costs $$ when you're in a foreign country.

By far the best accommodation we've stayed at while visiting the USA. This place has everything you need. The swimming pool and BBQ area on level 8 roof top was fantastic. Location was very good. A mention to the staff who were so so helpful. We were greeted by Eric who took care of our checking in and who went above and beyond. Traci was so helpfully and so friendly with a great sense of humour. We will definitely be back to visit in 2023 and would highly recommend Level to anyone wishing to book accommodation that provides all the facilities and everything you need.

Nothing, everything was beyond perfect.

Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and modern.

Even though we booked a one bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids, there was no bedding for the sofa. We were able to get a sheet and a blanket, but no pillows as the there was no housekeeping on duty around 9pm. A proper duvet cover like the one in the bedroom would have been nicer too. We would have liked to have a laundry detergent provided too as there was a washer/dryer in the unit.
