The people in reception were fine, I always could change money and buy something to eat or drink. There is a microwave oven in the room something there is not in the Houston hotel I am now staying at. The cost of a night was a bargain.
The lift often wouldn't work. Inthe sidewalk in front of the hotel there was some trash such as dropped empty bottles. Some delivery services wouldn't go to the area. I asked an Uber and the pickup was somewhat distant of the hotel and I lost a bag on the way, that was not well lit.

The staff was great and helped give us directions plus the security told me where to park and would watch when me and my girls came outside to our vehicle. I told him I was traveling alone with my 3 girls so he made sure to keep an eye on us.
Can’t think of anything we had trouble with.

Location of the hotel was pretty good. Walking distance from the arch. They let us leave our car after we already checked out, so we didn't have to look for a parking anywhere else. Our room was clean.
The look of the hotel!!!!!!! Place looked scary and neglected. My husband was ready to turn the car away, but the reservation was already paid so we didn't. Some of the cars on the parking had flat tires...

Literally located in the shadow of the arch. Downtown is right there. Hard to get lost when the arch is your marker!
Not a safe location (homelessness, drug deals, etc). Motel is located on a one way stretch between two interstate accesses that is tricky to navigate.

Pretty basic old building. You can park at the door or under the building, which I really like. Location is great, close to the ballpark, downtown, etc.
