Location and comfortability were awesome. Traditional downtown style/design was really cool. Nice view of the city. Really close to our destination in Saint Louis. I liked the modern and classic feel to the design.

Loading and unloading was fight for space, cost of parking, no breakfast, broken phone, half the lights didn't turn on. TV not functional, could hear other guests throughout the night. Reported issues to front desk guy but had a dismissive attitude.

Location location location! Staff was training people and I know how it is at times, it can become frustrating at times training new people. The staff was Awesome during this time and sooo helpful. Thanks yawl I will be back.

Parking sux a lil but it’s not that far away.

Convenient with walking distance to many of St. Louis’ attractions!

Amenities like soap and toilet paper weren’t replenished and had to be asked for upon request.

Really close location to Busch stadium . Comfy room.

Elevator situation while definitely a great way to keep non guests out of the place,was a little complicated at times.

The hotel staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are smallish but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our purpose.

The bathroom ceiling had a wallpaper like finish that was peeling back a little, otherwise the room was great.

The location was great. it was an 8 minute walk to the baseball stadium. it was beautiful inside. it was clean.

The shower gel was out. There wasn’t any wash cloths. I would’ve asked for some but I didn’t notice until a half hour before checkout when I went to take a shower.

The bar was closed when we got back from concert other than that it was a great stay! Clean and had a curig

The decor is very nice. The location is very central to everything I would bring walking shoes though. I definitely wasn’t prepared.

The room is small for 2 ppl. The shower door needed to be fixed. But other than that I enjoyed it.

Front desk staff Ms. Dana was very friendly and helpful in meal suggestions and other attractions. Location was perfect for attractions that we wanted to see.

Met our expectations

Room was nice, very nicely designed, but some maintenance issues. Hotel location was great for seeing downtown and easy parking was a block away. Check-in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance issues in the room (door handle missing, unfinished caulking on door casing).
