The hotel overall was clean. My room was clean. My room being on the 4th floor was nice and convenient for me to go to the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. The hotel was in a great location relative to the convention center and downtown St Louis. The dollar store being across the street was very convenient. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back!

The outlets on the lamps next to the bed couldn't charge my electronic devices. They were too loose and my chargers would fall out. Maybe they need fixing. The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty when I first moved in. It would be nice if they were full when someone first moves in. I didn't like the incidental charges added to the account. I don't remember seeing that I would be charged for those charges up front when I booked the room so they seemed to be a surprise to me.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. They provided more than enough towels without having to ask. The breakfast was delicious. There were lots of options. The girl making omelettes did such a great job. The room was very spacious. The only complaint I have is that the bed in our room was worn out and hurt to sleep on. Also, neither the hotel nor booking.com were upfront or transparent about parking. There is a lot off site that is $25 per night but has NO in and out privilege so once parked you're stuck until the next day, so you have absolutely no choice but to pay for valet and it costs $45 plus $4.95 fee to park each day. I will say though that the valet was polite and very fast every time we needed to leave. Our car was out front waiting for us within 5 minutes. It was incredibly close to the dome where our event was. Very convenient. Over all this was a nice hotel!

The rest not so much, It could have more fruit and yogurt. But it's typical American breakfast. Highlight for the evening reception, with good drinks options and good tasteful snacks. The place and the people were all very friendly. They all did a very good job at their part of the job at hand. The room was big, so there being 2 of us we didn't feel like we were in each other's way at any point.

The pool was ok but needs some attention. The walls had peeling plaster. The used towels and garbage bins looked the same, and if I didn't ask, I would have never known one was for trash, and one was for towels. The 2 times we went to the pool watched people put garbage in the towel bin. May want to paint or make a bigger colored sign for each container. The hot tub was used the most after our walking. It could use some updating as well. The painting of the depth of the hot tub was all gone pretty much.

The room size worked perfectly allowing our daughter to have her own separate space with the sofa bed and my husband and I in the king bed. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. They accommodated our request to have extra towels upon arrival. Chris J. at the front desk was extremely professional and kind and made sure we had a room with a decent view without my even asking so he definitely went above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, I barely made it up before the end but there was still plenty of everything left (bacon, sausage links, eggs, breakfast potatoes, pineapples and cantaloupe, and a nice variety of beverages). they also had another side where you could have omelets made to order but I didn't have time to check that out.Would recommend.

Both of the TVs were both difficult to navigate so we were stuck watching one channel the whole night (I am very tech savvy btw). the water in the bathroom sink was slow to drain so it filled up while we brushed our teeth or washed our hands. Parking was an additional $45 and valet only. we ended up finding a spot on the street to park.

Breakfast was great, the omelette station had a wonderful woman preparing the omelettes, very personable. Location was great, very close to many attractions we had planned to visit.

Parking, having to use valet at $45 per night was steep considering the cost of the room, should have been included in the hotel price. The bed's matteresses could use an upgrade, not very plush compared to other hotels I have stayed in with a much cheaper rate.

Location was great! Complementary drinks and snacks-nice extra touch and young woman handling it was fast!! Breakfast was beyond compare and omelet maker-terrific! Valet parking workers-very courteous and quick! Front desk workers were a little short!

A bit rundown and could have been cleaner. We saw pizza boxes just laying around when we went to get ice. Chicken bones strewn in the hallway!

Cost of parking, but I understand. My daughter's $800 retainers got thrown away during breakfast, but the staff did retrieve them. Which is Great, but a staff member in the breakfast room told her her would do something special for her and asked for the room number. I am just glad they were found and maybe need to tell them not to say things that they do not act on as nothing was done.

breakfast was good and with multiple options available. The dining area was big but I see it getting a little crowder sometimes it's hard to find a spot. Go early

Valet parking is the only option offered by the hotel which caused a little bit of wait after checkout even though we requested the car early before heading out of the room.
